Claims (5)
- 歯科用金属粉末製の歯部の製造方法であって、以下の方法ステップ:
a)歯科用金属粉末のスラリーを提供すること、b)型中にこれらのスラリーを注入すること、c)機械的に安定なブランクが生じるまで、注入したスラリーから懸濁液液体を除去すること、d)所望の空間形状にブランクを切削すること、e)ブランクから切り出された歯部を無酸素焼結すること、を特徴とする、前記方法。 - 懸濁液の水が、乾燥により除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 吸い取り紙により、懸濁液液体の除去が型の底部で行われること、を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 歯科用金属粉末が、CrCo合金からなること、を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブランクが、250〜500℃で焼き戻されること、を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
