Abstract
【解決手段】建物と建物の外側に取り付けられる耐震補強部材とを一体化させる接合部材10であって、鋼材よりなる軸体12と、軸体12の基部に設けられたフランジ14と、フランジ14の面内から面に垂直な方向に突出するように設けられたコッター16と、フランジ14の周縁部を固定させるアンカー18と、が備えられている。接合部材10は、軸体12の基部のフランジ14の周縁部をアンカー18で建物躯体に固定するとともに軸体12の先端部に耐震補強部材を取り付けることによって建物と建物の外側に取り付けられる耐震補強部材とを一体化させる。

Claims (5)
- 建物と建物の外側に取り付けられる耐震補強部材とを一体化させる接合部材であって、
鋼材よりなる軸体と、前記軸体の基部に設けられたフランジと、前記フランジの面内から面に垂直な方向に突出するように設けられたコッターと、前記フランジの周縁部を固定させるアンカーと、が備えられたことを特徴とする接合部材。 - 建物と建物の外側に取り付けられる耐震補強部材とを一体化させる接合部材であって、
鋼材よりなる軸体と、前記軸体の基部に設けられたフランジと、前記フランジの周縁部を固定させるアンカーと、が備えられたことを特徴とする接合部材。 - 前記軸体には、長さ調整機構が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接合部材。
- 前記軸体の先端部には、前記耐震補強部材を前記軸体の先端部に固定させる固定用ボルトと、前記固定用ボルトの押さえ座金と、が備えられており、前記押さえ座金には、前記固定用ボルトが挿通される挿通孔となる長孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の接合部材。
- 前記耐震補強部材を建物躯体の外面から離して取り付けるものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の接合部材。
