Abstract
【解決手段】この洗浄液容器1(血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器)は、上部に開口部2aを有し、塩素系洗浄液に対する耐性を有する熱可塑性樹脂からなる採血管形状の容器本体2と、容器本体2に収容された塩素系洗浄液(洗浄液4)と、容器本体2に接合され、開口部2aを被覆する積層フィルム3とを備え、容器本体2には、洗浄液容器1であることを識別するバーコード5が付されており、積層フィルム3は、容器本体2と熱溶着されたシール層3aと、容器本体2に対してシール層3aよりも外側に配置されたガスバリア層3bとを含む。

Description
次に、図10を参照して、本発明の効果を検証するために行った保存試験(実施例)について説明する。この保存試験では、本実施形態による洗浄液容器1の保存安定性を評価するため、後述する実施例1および2について、保存期間経過に伴う洗浄液の有効塩素濃度およびpHの変化を測定した。

Claims (8)
- 血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器であって、
上部に開口部を有し、塩素系洗浄液に対する耐性を有する熱可塑性樹脂からなる採血管形状の容器本体と、
前記容器本体に収容された塩素系洗浄液と、
前記容器本体に接合され、前記開口部を被覆する積層フィルムとを備え、
前記容器本体には、洗浄液入り容器であることを識別する識別情報が付されており、
前記積層フィルムは、前記容器本体と熱溶着されたシール層と、前記容器本体に対して前記シール層よりも外側に配置されたガスバリア層とを含む、血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。 - 前記塩素系洗浄液は、次亜塩素酸塩水溶液である、請求項1に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
- 前記洗浄液入り容器は、容器の蓋を穿刺して容器内の血液を吸引する吸引管を備えた血液分析装置の洗浄に用いられる、請求項1または2に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
- 前記積層フィルムは、前記シール層と前記ガスバリア層との間に設けられたポリアミド層をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、オレフィン系樹脂である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
- 前記オレフィン系樹脂は、ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンである、請求項5に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
- 前記積層フィルムの前記ガスバリア層は、セラミック蒸着フィルムである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
- 前記容器本体は、不透明の熱可塑性樹脂からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の血液分析装置用の洗浄液入り容器。
