Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮機筐体の下部に貯留された潤滑油を回転軸15の給油縦孔155及び給油横孔156を通して圧縮部の摺動部分に供給する給油機構159を備えるロータリ圧縮機において、前記給油機構159は、前記給油縦孔155の内径より大きい内径で前記回転軸15の下部の副軸部151に形成された嵌合縦孔155bと、下端に吸入口16aを有し上端が開口し上部が前記嵌合縦孔155bに圧入された前記回転軸の材質より軟らかい材質の給油パイプ16と、前記給油パイプの材質より硬い材質の鋼板により細長板状に形成され、横幅が前記給油パイプ16の内径及び前記給油縦孔155の内径よりも狭く、捩り加工され、前記給油縦孔155との間に隙間を有して挿入される羽根部157aと、前記羽根部157aより幅広に形成され前記嵌合縦孔155bの下方へ突出した給油パイプ16の下部に圧入固定された基部157bとを有するポンプ羽根157と、を備える。

Claims (1)
- 上部に冷媒の吐出部が設けられ下部に冷媒の吸入部が設けられ下部に潤滑油が貯留される密閉された縦置きの圧縮機筐体と、
該圧縮機筐体の下部に配置され、前記吸入部から吸入した冷媒を圧縮して前記吐出部から吐出する圧縮部と、
前記圧縮機筐体の上部に配置され、回転軸を介して前記圧縮部を駆動するモータと、
前記圧縮機筐体の下部に貯留された潤滑油を前記回転軸の給油縦孔及び給油横孔を通して前記圧縮部の摺動部分に供給する給油機構と、
を備えるロータリ圧縮機において、
前記給油機構は、
前記給油縦孔の内径より大きい内径で前記回転軸の下部の副軸部に形成された嵌合縦孔と、
下端に吸入口を有し上端が開口し上部が前記嵌合縦孔に圧入された前記回転軸の材質より軟らかい材質の給油パイプと、
前記給油パイプの材質より硬い材質の鋼板により細長板状に形成され、横幅が前記給油パイプの内径及び前記給油縦孔の内径よりも狭く、捩り加工され、前記給油縦孔に隙間を有して挿入される羽根部と、前記羽根部より幅広に形成され前記嵌合縦孔の下方へ突出した給油パイプの下部に圧入固定された基部とを有するポンプ羽根と、
を備えることを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。
