Abstract
【解決手段】走行制御ユニットは、自車両と前方立体物との衝突可能性が高いとの判定がなされている場合において、予め設定された条件に基づいて前方立体物が自動制動制御の制御対象として信頼度が高い立体物であるか否かの判定を行い、前方立体物の制御対象としての信頼度が低いと判定され、且つ、アクセル開度の増加量が設定値以上であるとき自動制動制御の実行を解除する。

Claims (2)
- 前方立体物情報を検出する立体物情報検出手段と、
自車両と前記前方立体物との衝突可能性を判定する衝突可能性判定手段と、
前記自車両と前記前方立体物との衝突可能性が高いと判定されたとき当該前方立体物との衝突を防止するための自動制動制御を実行する制動制御手段と、
予め設定された条件に基づいて前記前方立体物が前記自動制動制御の制御対象として信頼度の高い立体物であるか否かの判定を行う信頼度判定手段と、
前記前方立体物との衝突可能性が高いとの判定がなされている場合において、当該前方立体物の前記制御対象としての信頼度が低いと判定され、且つ、アクセル開度の増加量が設定値以上であると判定されたとき前記自動制動制御の実行を解除する解除手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする車両の運転支援装置。 - 前記解除手段は、前記前方立体物の信頼度が低いと判定されていない場合であっても、アクセル開度が全開付近に設定された閾値以上であるとき前記自動制動制御の実行を解除することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両の運転支援装置。
