Abstract
【解決手段】 触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置10は、機能性触媒を担持した波板状ガラスペーパー1と、同機能性触媒を担持した平板状ガラスペーパー2とが、交互に接着されることなく積層されて、触媒担持ハニカム構造体1が形成され、この触媒担持ハニカム構造体1がケーシング4内に充填されている。

Description
本発明の方法により脱硝触媒担持ハニカム型処理装置を、下記のようにして製造した。
上記実施例1の場合と同様にして、本発明の方法により脱硝触媒担持ハニカム型処理装置(10)を製造するが、上記実施例1の場合と異なる点は、脱硝触媒含有スラリーの成分にある。

Claims (11)
- 機能性触媒を担持した波板状ガラスペーパーと、同機能性触媒を担持した平板状ガラスペーパーとが、交互に接着されることなく積層されて、触媒担持ハニカム構造体が形成され、この触媒担持ハニカム構造体がケーシング内に充填されていることを特徴とする、触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置。
- ケーシングが、角筒形を有しており、ケーシングが、横断面略U字形のケーシング本体とこれの開口部を覆う平板状の蓋体とよりなるものであるか、または横断面略L字形のケーシング本体とこれに嵌め合わせられる横断面略倒L字形の蓋体とよりなるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置。
- ケーシングの内面に、無機繊維ブランケットが敷かれていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置。
- 機能性触媒が、脱硝触媒、脱硫触媒、ダイオキシン類分解触媒、およびアンモニア分解触媒よりなる群の中から選ばれた触媒であり、排ガスの浄化処理またはアンモニア分解による水素の製造に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置。
- ガラスペーパーを焼成して、ガラスペーパーに含まれる有機バインダー成分を燃焼により除去する工程と、有機バインダー成分除去後のガラスペーパーに機能性触媒含有スラリーを塗布する工程と、機能性触媒含有スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを波形付与金型と押さえ治具により形付けする工程と、形付けされた波板状の機能性触媒含有スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを乾燥し、金型から剥離する工程と、一方、波板状に形付けしていない平板状の機能性触媒スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを乾燥する工程と、波板状の機能性触媒含有スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーと、平板状の機能性触媒スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーとを焼成して、機能性触媒担持平板状ガラスペーパーおよび機能性触媒担持波板状ガラスペーパーを形成する工程と、焼成後の機能性触媒担持平板状ガラスペーパーおよび機能性触媒担持波板状ガラスペーパーを交互に接着することなく積層して、触媒担持ハニカム構造体を形成し、この触媒担持ハニカム構造体をケーシング内に充填する工程とよりなることを特徴とする、触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
- ガラスペーパーの有機バインダー成分除去工程を、350〜450℃、および30分〜1時間30分の焼成条件下で実施することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
- 機能性触媒含有スラリーの塗布工程において、シリカゾルが含まれる機能性触媒含有スラリーを使用することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
- 機能性触媒スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーの波板状の形付け工程において、幅5〜15mm、高さ2〜10mm、および溝底部の曲率半径0.5〜2mmの並列状の凹溝を有する金属パネルよりなる金型を使用し、金型上に載置した機能性触媒スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを、押さえ治具により金型の凹溝に沿って押さえつけて、形付けすることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
- 形付けされた波板状の機能性触媒含有スラリー塗布ガラスペーパー、および波板状に形付けしていない平板状の機能性触媒スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーの乾燥工程を、250〜400℃、および30分〜1時間30分の条件下で、それぞれ実施することを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
- ハニカム構造の状態となされた波板状の機能性触媒含有スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーおよび平板状の機能性触媒スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーの焼成工程を、400〜550℃、および2〜4時間の条件下で実施することを特徴とする、請求項5〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
- 触媒担持ハニカム構造体の充填工程において、ケーシングの内面に、触媒担持ハニカム構造体の充填前に無機繊維ブランケットを敷くことを特徴とする、請求項5〜10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の触媒担持ハニカム構造体を具備する処理装置の製造方法。
