Abstract
【解決手段】電極を形成する方法には、金型で溶融金属を鋳造して、ヘッダ部およびブレード部を備えた電極を形成することが含まれる。次に、電極のブレード部は、鋳造された後で圧延される。ブレード部は、少なくとも2つの異なる厚さに圧延されてもよい。一実施形態において、金属は鉛または鉛合金であり、本方法は、鉛または鉛合金アノードの形成に関する。

Claims (12)
- 電極を形成する方法であって、
金型において溶融金属を鋳造して、ヘッダ部およびブレード部を備えた電極を形成すること、および
前記電極の前記ブレード部を、それが鋳造された後で圧延すること、
を含む方法。 - 前記ブレード部を少なくとも2つの異なる厚さに圧延することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属を前記金型に投入する前に、第2の金属を前記金型に挿入することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の金属が銅である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記金属が鉛または鉛合金である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 鉛または鉛合金アノードの形成に関する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 鋳造ヘッダ部と、
前記ヘッダ部と一体に形成された圧延ブレード部と、
を含む電極。 - 前記ブレード部が、少なくとも2つの異なる厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の電極。
- 前記電極と共に成形された第2の金属を含む、請求項7または8に記載の電極。
- 前記第2の金属が銅である、請求項9に記載の電極。
- 鉛または鉛合金から形成される、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電極。
- 鉛または鉛合金アノードである、請求項11に記載の電極。
