Claims (10)
- シール器具を展開するためのハンドルであって、
所定の長さを備えたスロットを有するハウジングと、
該スロット内部に配置された第1リニアアクチュエータとを具備し、
前記第1リニアアクチュエータは、前記スロット長さに沿って当該第1リニアアクチュエータを前進及び後退させることによって、少なくとも3つの別個の構成要素を独立して前進及び後退させることができる、ハンドル。 - 前記少なくとも3つの別個の構成要素は、シール器具と、第1チューブと、第2チューブとを含む、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第1チューブと第2チューブとが、該ハンドルの遠位端においてアパーチャを通って該ハンドル内に延びている、請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第2リニアアクチュエータをさらに具備する、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記第2アクチュエータは、少なくとも2つの構成要素を作動させることができる、請求項4に記載のハンドル。
- 前記少なくとも2つの構成要素は、第3チューブと該第1チューブとを含む、請求項5に記載のハンドル。
- カテーテルであって、
所定の長さを備えたスロットを有するハウジングを有するハンドルと、
前記スロット内部に配置された第1リニアアクチュエータであって、前記スロットの長さに沿って当該アクチュエータを前進及び後退させることによって、少なくとも3つの別個の構成要素を独立して前進及び後退させることができる第1リニアアクチュエータと、
複数のワイヤから形成された拡張可能なフレームを具備するシール器具であって、該ワイヤが前記フレームの近位端から遠位端へ延びているシール器具と、
前記拡張可能なワイヤフレームを少なくとも部分的にカプセル化する該シール部材とを具備するカテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも3つの別個の構成要素は、前記シール器具と、第1チューブと、第2チューブとを含む、請求項7に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ハンドルは第2アクチュエータをさらに具備する、請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シール器具が展開されると、前記第2アクチュエータは、前記シール器具を解放することができる、請求項9に記載のカテーテル。
