Claims (9)
- スパンボンド不織布を製造する装置であって、
溶融物ストランドを押し出すための紡糸ビーム(2)と、流出部の後ろに配置されたブロー装置(3)と、鉛直方向で見て紡糸ビーム(2)の下に配置されたスクリーンベルト装置とが設けられていて、該スクリーンベルト装置が、搬送方向において可動のスクリーンベルト(4)を備えている形式のものにおいて、
紡糸ビーム(2)とブロー装置(3)とが、搬送方向に対してほぼ垂直に方向付けられた水平方向の旋回軸線(6)を中心にして移動可能であることを特徴とする、スパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。 - 紡糸ビーム(2)とブロー装置(3)とが、旋回軸線(6)を中心にして旋回可能な旋回ユニット(1)に配置されている、請求項1記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- 旋回範囲(11)が鉛直方向に対して+45°〜−45°の間である、請求項1又は2記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- スクリーンベルト(4)の下に、サクション装置(5)が設けられていて、該サクション装置が旋回方向において移動可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- 旋回軸線(6)が、旋回可能な旋回ユニット(1)の重心軸線にほぼ相当している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- 紡糸ビーム(2)とスクリーンベルト(4)との間の間隔を変化させるための手段(7)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- 紡糸ビーム(2)及びブロー装置(3)がフレキシブルな供給管路を用いて、溶融物供給管路(17)及びブロー空気供給部(21)と接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- ブロー装置(3)が、紡糸ビーム(2)からの溶融物の流出部の直ぐ後ろに設けられていて、ブロー空気が高速で、溶融物ストランドに導かれ、溶融物から繊維を形成するようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
- ブロー装置(3)が紡糸ビーム(2)からの溶融物の流出部の後ろに相応に大きさの間隔をもって設けられ、かつブロー空気は相応にフィラメントに対して導かれ、これによってフィラメントが既に部分的に冷却され、かつブロー空気がフィラメントに対して引張り力を生ぜしめるようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスパンボンド不織布を製造する装置。
