- 連続フィラメントのウエブが、移動表面の上に付着され、前記ウエブに関連付けられた制御パラメータが採用され、機械の制御パラメータが、前記制御パラメータに従って設定される、不織布生成機械を制御する方法であって、前記ウエブの開始位置を変更することができ、前記ウエブの前記開始位置が前記制御パラメータとして採用されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記ウエブが、下降する初期部分を有し、開始レベルが、制御パラメータとして採用されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記制御パラメータが、2つの付着表面間の距離であることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記制御パラメータが、前記付着表面の速度であることを特徴とする、請求項20または21に記載の方法。
- 前記制御パラメータが、2つの付着表面の収束角度であることを特徴とする、請求項20から22の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 連続フィラメントを備える不織布の使用法であって、該不織布は、中央部分においては、フィラメントが、各フィラメントの大部分において、不織布の表面に垂直に主に配向され、2つの側方部分においては、フィラメントが、各フィラメントの大部分において、不織布の表面に平行に主に配向され、少なくともいくつかのフィラメントが、構造材料として、前記中央部分および前記側方部分の両方の中に延びており、特に一方の側方部分が音響特性を有してなるものである、使用法。
- 連続フィラメントを備える不織布を備え、該不織布は、中央部分においては、フィラメントが、各フィラメントの大部分において、不織布の表面に垂直に主に配向され、2つの側方部分においては、フィラメントが、各フィラメントの大部分において、不織布の表面に平行に主に配向され、少なくともいくつかのフィラメントが、前記中央部分および前記側方部分の両方の中に延びており、メルトブローによって得られる不織布でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、材料。
- 不織布の単位面積あたりの重量が、50から2000g/m2であり、メルトブローによって得られる不織布の単位面積あたりの重量が、10から100g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の材料。
- 不織布のフィラメントの直径が、20から60μmであり、メルトブローによって得られる不織布のフィラメントの直径が、1から10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項25または26に記載の材料。
