Abstract
Description
a)60℃の洗浄温度で、最大3.5N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大20%の収縮の程度、より具体的には最大13%の収縮の程度を超えない、

b)70℃の洗浄温度で、最大15N/mm2の収縮応力、より具体的には最大12N/mm2の収縮応力、及び最大55%の収縮の程度、より具体的には最大36%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
c)80℃の洗浄温度で、最大18N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大60%の収縮の程度、より具体的には最大46%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
d)90℃の洗浄温度で、最大20N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大65%の収縮の程度、より具体的には最大50%の収縮の程度を超えないような方法で設計される場合に、有利になるように明らかになる。

Claims (18)
- 物品(5)、より具体的には飲料用ボトルに接着されるように適合されたラベル(1)であって、
該ラベル(1)が、約50℃と約95℃との間の温度範囲から指示された洗浄温度で、洗浄液内で分離するように適合され、
前記ラベルは、
前記指示された洗浄温度で再収縮するように適合された二軸延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)と、
印刷された装飾層(11)と、
前記物品(5)に前記ラベルを接着させるための接着層(13)、より具体的には感圧接着層と、
を少なくとも備える積層物の形態であり、
前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記指示された洗浄温度で、且つ5分以下の最大期間内で、より具体的には3分以下の最大期間内で、及び前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)がその2つの延伸方向において自由に収縮することを可能にされる状態で、前記積層物が50%以下まで互いと異なる最大限の収縮の程度を達成するように設計され、且つ、
前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)はさらに、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)の2つの延伸方向において、前記積層物が、前記指示された洗浄温度で、及び前記最大期間内で、少なくとも0.6N/mm2の収縮応力及び少なくとも0.5%の収縮の程度を達成するような方法で設計されることを特徴とするラベル。 - 前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記指示された洗浄温度で、前記最大期間内で、自由な収縮状態で、前記ポリマーフィルム層の2つの延伸方向において、65%以下である最大の収縮の程度、より具体的に50%以下である最大の収縮の程度を達成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラベル。
- 前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)の2つの延伸方向において、及び前記最大期間内で、
a)60℃の洗浄温度で、最大3.5N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大20%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
b)70℃の洗浄温度で、最大15N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大55%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
c)80℃の洗浄温度で、最大18N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大60%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
d)90℃の洗浄温度で、最大20N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大65%の収縮の程度を超えない、
ような方法で設計されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のラベル。 - 物品(5)、より具体的には飲料用ボトルに接着されるように適合されたラベル(1)であって、
約50℃と約95℃との間の温度範囲から指示された洗浄温度で、洗浄液内で分離されるように適合され、
前記ラベルは、
前記指示された洗浄温度で再収縮するように適合された二軸延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)と、
印刷された装飾層(11)と、
前記物品(5)に前記ラベルを接着するための接着層(13)、より具体的には感圧接着層と、
を少なくとも備えている形態であり、
前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記指示された洗浄温度で、5分以下の最大期間内で、より具体的には3分以下の最大期間内で、及び前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)がその2つの延伸方向において自由に収縮することを可能にされる状態で、50%以下まで互いと異なり、且つ50%より小さい最大限の収縮の程度を達成し、
前記延伸されたポリマーフィルム層(9)はさらに、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)の2つの延伸方向において、前記積層物が、前記指示された洗浄温度で、及び前記最大期間内で、少なくとも0.6N/mm2の収縮応力及び少なくとも0.5%の収縮の程度を達成するような方法でさらに設計されることを特徴とするラベル。 - 前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)の前記2つの延伸方向において、前記最大期間内で、及び、
a)60℃の洗浄温度で、最大3.5N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大13%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
b)70℃の洗浄温度で、最大12N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大36%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
c)80℃の洗浄温度で、最大18N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大46%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
d)90℃の洗浄温度で、最大20N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大50%の収縮の程度を超えない、
ような方法で設計されることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のラベル。 - 前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)の2つの延伸方向において、及び前記最大期間内で、
a)70℃の洗浄温度で、最大1.5N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大4%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、
b)80℃の洗浄温度で、最大0.8N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大26%の収縮の程度を超えない、
ような方法で設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。 - 前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、ポリエチレン・テレフタレート(PET)、又はポリエステル、又はポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、又はポリエチレン(PS)、又はポリプロピレン(PP)、又はポリエチレン(PE)、又はポリ乳酸(PLA)、又は環状オレフィン・コポリマー(COC)に基づいたプラスチック材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。
- 前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、少なくとも2500MPaの弾性率を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。
- 前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、フィルム複合層(19)の層成分であり、特に積層複合層又は一軸延伸複合層の層成分であり、
前記フィルム複合層(19)は、少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマーフィルム層(23)を備え、好ましくは、熱に対する露出で収縮する非延伸ポリマーフィルム層、一軸延伸ポリマーフィルム層、又は二軸延伸ポリマーフィルム層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。 - 前記接着層(13)は、ポリマーから形成され、より具体的には架橋しているポリマーから形成され、架橋している積層接着剤の中間層(15)を介して前記積層物に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。
- 前記中間層(15)は、そのベース物質として二液型ポリウレタン接着剤を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のラベル。
- 前記接着層(13)は、そのベース物質として、照射、より具体的には紫外線によって架橋を活性化させるように適合された接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載のラベル。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、透明なプラスチック材料からなり、
前記印刷された装飾層(11)は、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)と前記接着層(13)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。 - 前記装飾層(11b)及び前記接着層(13b)は、前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9b)の対向した側に配置され、
前記装飾層(11b)は、前記延伸ポリマーフィルム層(9b)と保護層(27)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のラベル。 - 前記ポリマー層(27)は、保護用塗装として、又はポリマーフィルム層として、より具体的には熱に対する露出で収縮する一軸延伸されたポリマーフィルム層として、好ましくは熱に対する露出で収縮する二軸延伸されたポリマーフィルム層として設計されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のラベル。
- 容器、より具体的には、飲料用ボトルであって、
請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のラベル(1)が前記容器に接着されることを特徴とする容器。 - 物品(5)、より具体的には飲料用ボトルにラベル(1)を接着し、前記物品(5)から前記ラベル(1)を分離する方法であって、
前記ラベル(1)は、前記物品(5)に接着されるように適合され、
前記ラベル(1)は、熱に露出される場合に再収縮する二軸延伸ポリマーフィルム(9)と、印刷された装飾層(11)と、前記物品(5)に接着剤を塗布する接着層(13)と、を備える形態であり、
前記ラベル(1)は、前記物品(5)にその接着層(13)によって接着され、前記ラベル(1)は、前記ラベルの分離の目的のために、約50℃と約95℃との間の範囲における指示された洗浄温度を有する洗浄液体で処理され、それによって、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)が再収縮し、その際、前記接着層(13)の接着力に打ち勝つ、方法において、
前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記指示された洗浄温度で、5分以下の最大期間内で、より具体的には3分以下の最大期間内で、及び前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)がその2つの延伸方向において自由に収縮することを可能にされる状態で、65%以下まで収縮し、より具体的には50%以下まで収縮し、2つの延伸方向における収縮の程度が、50%以下まで互いと異なるように設計され、
前記ポリマーフィルム(9)はさらに、前記積層物が、2つの延伸方向において、前記指示された洗浄温度で、及び前記最大期間内で、少なくとも0.6N/mm2の収縮応力及び少なくとも0.5%の収縮の程度を達成するような方法で設計されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)は、前記積層物が、前記ポリマーフィルム層(9)の前記2つの延伸方向において、前記最大期間内で、
a)60℃の洗浄温度で、最大3.5N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大20%の収縮の程度、より具体的には最大13%の収縮の程度を超えない、
且つ/又は、

d)90℃の洗浄温度で、最大20N/mm2の収縮応力及び最大650%の収縮の程度、より具体的には最大50%の収縮の程度を超えない、
ような方法で設計されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
