Claims (16)

1. Etiketa (1) prilagođena za ljepljenje na artikl (5) i prilagođena za odvajanje u tekućini za pranje na propisanoj temperaturi pranja u temperaturnom rasponu između 50°C i 95°C, pri čemu je etiketa u obliku laminata koji se sastoji od najmanje sljedećih slojeva: dvoosno rastegnutog sloja polimernog filma (9) prilagođenog ponovnom stezanju na propisanoj temperaturi pranja, otisnutog ukrasnog sloja (11) i ljepljivog sloja osjetljivog na pritisak (13), za ljepljenje naljepnice na proizvod (5), naznačena time što je sloj polimernog filma (9) dizajniran tako da se laminat, na propisanoj temperaturi pranja i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona kraćeg od 5 minuta, te da se sloj polimernog filma (9) slobodno skuplja u svoja dva smjera istezanja , postiže maksimalne stupnjeve kontrakcije koji se međusobno razlikuju za manje od 50% i time što je razvučeni sloj polimernog filma (9) nadalje dizajniran na takav način da laminat, u dva smjera istezanja sloja polimernog filma, (9), na propisanoj temperaturi pranja i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona, postiže napetost kontrakcije od najmanje 0.6 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od najmanje 0.5%, pri čemu se napetost kontrakcije određuje u skladu s DIN 53369 s temperaturom koja se linearno mijenja na 20°K/sat od 30 do 105°C u mjernoj komori, a pri čemu je rastegnuti sloj polimernog filma (9) izrađen od plastičnog materijala na bazi poliestera ili polivinilklorida (PVC) ili polistirena (PS) ili polipropilena (PP) ili polietilena (PE) ili polimliječne kiseline (PLA) ili cikloolefin-kopolimera (COC).
2. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što sloj polimernog filma (9) je dizajniran tako da laminat na propisanoj temperaturi pranja, unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona, i pri slobodnoj kontrakciji, u dva smjera istezanja sloja polimernog filma, postigne maksimalne stupnjeve kontrakcije koji su niži od 50%.
3. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je razvučeni sloj polimernog filma (9) dizajniran na takav način da laminat, u dva smjera rastezanja sloja polimernog filma (9) i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona a) pri temperaturi pranja od 60°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 3.5 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 20% i/ili b) pri temperaturi pranja od 70°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 15 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 55% i/ili c) pri temperaturi pranja od 80°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 18 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 60% i/ili d) pri temperaturi pranja od 90°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 20 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 65%.
4. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačena time što je razvučeni sloj polimernog filma (9) dizajniran na takav način da laminat, u dva smjera istezanja sloja polimernog filma (9) i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona a) pri temperaturi pranja od 60°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 3.5 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 13% i/ili b) pri temperaturi pranja od 70°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 12 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 36% i/ili c) pri temperaturi pranja od 80°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 18 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 46% i/ili d) pri temperaturi pranja od 90°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od najviše 20 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od najviše 50%.
5. Etiketa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što je razvučeni sloj polimernog filma (9) dizajniran na takav način da laminat, u dva smjera istezanja sloja polimernog filma (9) i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona a) na temperaturi pranja od najmanje 70°C postiže napetost kontrakcije od najmanje 1.5 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od najmanje 4% i/ili b) pri temperaturi pranja od najmanje 80°C postiže napetost kontrakcije od najmanje 0.8 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od najmanje 2%.
6. Etiketa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time što je rastegnuti sloj polimernog filma (9) sastavni dio sloja kompozitnog filma (19), pri čemu sloj kompozitnog filma (19) sadrži najmanje još jedan polimerni sloj filma (23), koji se skuplja pri izlaganju toplini.
7. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 6, naznačena time što razvučeni sloj polimernog filma (9) je sloj koji je sastavni dio laminatnog kompozitnog sloja ili koekstrudiranog kompozitnog sloja (19), pri čemu sloj filmskog kompozita (19) sadrži najmanje jedan daljnji sloj polimernog filma (23).
8. Etiketa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time što ljepljivi sloj (13) je formiran od polimera, i spojen je preko međusloja (15) umreženog ljepila za laminiranje na laminat.
9. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 8, naznačena time što je ljepljivi sloj (13) formiran od polimera, i spojen je preko međusloja (15) umreženog ljepila za laminiranje na laminat, pri čemu međusloj (15) sadrži dvokomponentno poliuretansko ljepilo kao svoju osnovnu tvar.
10. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što ljepljivi sloj (13) sadrži kao svoju osnovnu supstancu ljepilo koje je prilagođeno da bude potaknuto za umrežavanje zračenjem, točnije ultraljubičastim svjetlom.
11. Etiketa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što sloj polimernog filma (9) sastoji se od prozirnog plastičnog materijala, a otisnuti dekorativni sloj (11) smješten je između sloja polimernog filma (9) i ljepljivog sloja (13).
12. Etiketa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time što ukrasni sloj (11b) i ljepljivi sloj (13b) smješteni su na suprotnim stranama rastegnutog polimernog sloja filma (9b), a ukrasni sloj (11b) smješten je između rastegnutog polimernog filmskog sloja (9b) i zaštitnog sloja (27).
13. Etiketa prema zahtjevu 12, naznačena time što je zaštitni sloj (27) dizajniran kao sloj zaštitnog laka ili kao sloj polimernog filma, koji je prilagođen za kontrakciju pri izlaganju toplini.
14. Spremnik, naznačen time što etiketa (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13 je zalijepljena za spremnik.
15. Metoda ljepljenja naljepnice (1) na artikl (5) i odvajanja naljepnice (1) od artikla (5), pri čemu je naljepnica (1) prilagođena za ljepljenje na artikl (5) i u je obliku laminata s najmanje sljedećim slojevima: - dvoosno rastegnut sloj polimernog filma (9) koji se ponovno skuplja kada je izložen toplini, - tiskani ukrasni sloj (11), i - ljepljivi sloj osjetljiv na pritisak (13) koji je ljepljiv za predmet (5), pri čemu je naljepnica (1) pričvršćena svojim ljepljivim slojem (13) na proizvod (5) i tretirana je, u svrhu odvajanja naljepnice, tekućinom za pranje koja ima obaveznu temperaturu pranja u rasponu između 50°C °C i 95 °C, tako da se sloj polimernog filma (9) ponovno steže i pritom nadvlada snagu prianjanja sloja ljepila (13), naznačena time što sloj polimernog filma (9) je dizajniran tako da se laminat, na propisanoj temperaturi pranja i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona kraćeg od 5 minuta, i sa slojem polimernog filma (9) može slobodno stezati u svoja dva smjera istezanja, skuplja se za manje od 65%, a stupnjevi kontrakcije u dva smjera istezanja razlikuju se jedan od drugog za manje od 50%, i time što je sloj polimernog filma (9) nadalje dizajniran na takav način da laminat, u dva smjera rastezanja, na propisanoj temperaturi pranja i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona, postigne napetost kontrakcije od najmanje 0.6 N /mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od najmanje 0.5%, pri čemu se kontrakcijska napetost određuje u skladu s DIN 53369 s temperaturom koja se linearno mijenja pri 20 °K/sat od 30-105 °C u mjernoj komori, i pri čemu je rastegnuti sloj polimernog filma (9) izrađen od plastičnog materijala na bazi poliestera ili polivinilklorida (PVC) ili polistirena (PS) ili polipropilena (PP) ili polietilena (PE) ili polimliječne kiseline (PLA) ili cikloolefin-kopolimera (COC).
16. Metoda prema zahtjevu 15, naznačena time što je sloj polimernog filma (9) dizajniran na takav način da laminat, u dva smjera rastezanja polimernog sloja filma (9) i unutar maksimalnog vremenskog raspona a) pri temperaturi pranja od 60°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 3.5 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 20%, točnije od maksimalno 13% i/ili b) pri temperaturi pranja od 70°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 15 N/mm2, osobito od maksimalno 12 N/mm2, te stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 55%, točnije od maksimalno 36% i/ili c) pri temperaturi pranja od 80°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od maksimalno 18 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od maksimalno 60%, točnije od maksimalno 46% i/ili d) pri temperaturi pranja od 90°C ne prelazi napetost kontrakcije od najviše 20 N/mm2 i stupanj kontrakcije od najviše 65%, točnije od maksimalno 50%.
