Abstract
【解決手段】EGR通路が接続された位置の吸気圧を吸入空気量に基づいて推定し(S11)、EGR通路が接続された位置の排気圧を吸入空気量に基づいて推定する(S12)。S12で算出した第1推定排気圧に、応答遅れを考慮した所定の遅れ処理を行って第2推定排気圧を算出する(S16)。そして、過渡時には、推定吸気圧と第1推定排気圧との差圧と、推定吸気圧と第2推定排気圧との差圧と、差もしくは比率からバルブ面積補正値を算出し(S17)、このバルブ面積補正値でEGR制御弁の基準バルブ面積を補正する(S18)。

Claims (4)
- 吸気通路に排気の一部を還流させる排気還流通路が接続され、前記排気還流通路に設けられた排気還流弁の弁開度に応じて、吸気通路に流れ込む排気還流量が制御される内燃機関の排気還流装置において、
前記内燃機関は、過給機を有し、
前記排気還流通路は、その一端が前記過給機のコンプレッサよりも上流側で前記吸気通路に接続され、他端が前記過給機のタービンよりも下流側で前記排気通路に接続され、
前記コンプレッサよりも上流側で吸入空気量を検出する吸入空気量検出手段と、
前記排気還流通路が接続された位置の吸気圧を前記吸入空気量に基づいて推定する推定吸気圧算出手段と、
前記排気還流通路が接続された位置の排気圧を前記吸入空気量に基づいて推定する第1推定排気圧算出手段と、
前記第1推定排気圧推定手段で算出された第1推定排気圧に、応答遅れを考慮した所定の遅れ処理を行う第2推定排気圧算出手段と、を有し、
過渡時には、前記推定吸気圧と第2推定排気圧算出手段で算出された第2推定排気圧との差圧に基づいて前記排気還流弁の弁開度を補正することを特徴とする内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 過渡時には、前記推定吸気圧と前記第1推定排気圧との差圧と、前記推定吸気圧と前記第2推定排気圧との差圧とに基づいて前記排気還流弁の弁開度を補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。
- 過渡時において、前記推定吸気圧と前記第1推定排気圧との差圧に対して、前記推定吸気圧と前記第2推定排気圧の差圧が小さい場合には、排気還流量が多くなるように前記排気還流弁の弁開度を補正し、前記推定吸気圧と前記第2推定排気圧の差圧が大きい場合には、排気還流量が少なくなるように前記排気還流弁の弁開度を補正することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。
- 前記第2推定排気圧算出手段において、前記第1推定排気圧に対する所定の遅れ処理は、内燃機関の機関回転数に応じて設定された時定数及び無駄時間による処理であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。
