Abstract
【解決手段】磁気吸引力によって衝突する部材の質量を小さくして、発生する音を小さくすることとした。このように構成した本発明によれば、以下の効果が得られる。磁気吸引力によってコア33とアンカー31が衝突する際に発生する音は、可動部の運動エネルギーの大きさに依る。衝突によって消費される運動エネルギーは、アンカー31の運動エネルギーのみである。ロッド31aの運動エネルギーは、ばね34で吸収するので音に寄与しないので、アンカー31とコア33が衝突する際のエネルギーを小さくすることができ、発生する音を低減することができる。

Claims (13)
- 加圧室に燃料を吸入する吸入通路と、前記加圧室から前記燃料を吐出する吐出通路とを有し前記加圧室内を往復動するプランジャによって燃料の吸入・吐出を行い前記吸入通路に電磁吸入弁、前記吐出通路に吐出弁を備え、かつ前記電磁吸入弁を開閉して前記吸入通路と前記加圧室との連通および非連通を切換えることにより、吐出される燃料の量を制御する可変流量式高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
磁気吸引力によって閉弁方向に移動する可動部を有し、前記可動部は他部材と衝突して運動を停止する第一部材と、当該第一部材が運動を停止した後も運動を続ける第二部材からなることを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項1の高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
前記電磁吸入弁に通電することで、前記第一部材に磁気吸引力が発生することを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項1,2の高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、

磁気吸引力によって閉弁方向に移動する可動部を有し、当該可動部は固定コアと衝突して運動を停止するアンカー部と、当該アンカー部が運動を停止した後も運動を続けるロッド部からなり、
前記電磁吸入弁に通電することで、前記アンカー部に磁気吸引力が発生し、
前記ロッド部は前記アンカー部が運動を停止した後、ばね付勢力によって運動を停止することを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項9に記載の高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
前記アンカー部の摺動穴に前記ロッド部が挿入されて互いに摺動可能に保持されていることを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項10に記載の高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
前記ロッド部がストッパ部を有し、前記アンカー部が磁気吸引力により閉弁運動をする時に、前記ロッド部は前記ストッパ部が前記アンカー部に係合して共に閉弁運動を行うことを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項10に記載の高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
