Description
ポンプに設けられたシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に設けられカムの回転に従って往復運動するプランジャと、前記プランジャ及び前記シリンダで形成される流体の加圧室と、前記加圧室と流体の吸入通路の間に形成される空間に設けられた電磁弁と、前記加圧室と流体の吐出通路の間に形成される空間に設けられた吐出弁と、を備えるプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプであって、
前記電磁弁は、前記加圧室の入口側を開閉する吸入弁を含む弁体と、前記弁体を開弁方向に付勢する弾性体と、前記弁体を開方向に移動させるソレノイドコイルと、前記ソレノイドコイルの電磁力に作用する磁性材からなり前記弁体と一体的に設けられたアンカーと、前記アンカーを前記電磁力で開方向に吸引する磁気回路を形成するとともに電磁弁の内部を密閉空間と前記流体吸入通路につながる外部空間とに分けるコアと、を有し、
前記吸入弁が開状態のときに、前記アンカーと前記コアで形成された前記密閉空間と前記外部空間との間で流体が流動できる流体通路を前記アンカーまたは前記コアに設ける構成とする。

Claims (6)
- ポンプに設けられたシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に設けられカムの回転に従って往復運動するプランジャと、前記プランジャ及び前記シリンダで形成される流体の加圧室と、前記加圧室と流体の吸入通路の間に形成される空間に設けられた電磁弁と、前記加圧室と流体の吐出通路の間に形成される空間に設けられた吐出弁と、を備えるプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプであって、
前記電磁弁は、前記加圧室の入口側を開閉する吸入弁を含む弁体と、前記弁体を開弁方向に付勢する弾性体と、前記弁体を開方向に移動させるソレノイドコイルと、前記ソレノイドコイルの電磁力に作用する磁性材からなり前記弁体と一体的に設けられたアンカーと、前記アンカーを前記電磁力で開方向に吸引する磁気回路を形成するとともに電磁弁の内部を密閉空間と前記流体吸入通路につながる外部空間とに分けるコアと、を有し、
前記吸入弁が開状態のときに、前記アンカーと前記コアで形成された前記密閉空間と前記外部空間との間で流体が流動できる流体通路を前記アンカーまたは前記コアに設ける
ことを特徴とするプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記コアは、コア中央部に前記弁体が挿通する挿通口を有するとともに前記挿通口の外側に前記アンカーと当接する当接面を有し、
前記当接面に放射状の流体通路溝を形成する
ことを特徴とするプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記アンカーは、固定されたコアに当接する当接面を有し、前記当接面に放射状の流体通路溝を設け、
前記密閉空間内の流体が前記アンカーの流体通路溝を介し、さらに前記コアと前記弁体との隙間を通って、前記外部空間に連通する
ことを特徴とするプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記コアは、コアの中央部に前記弁体が挿通する挿通口を有するとともに前記挿通口の外側に前記アンカーと当接する当接面と当該当接面の外側に前記アンカーと当接しない非当接面を有し、
前記非当接面と前記外部空間に接する面との間に流体通路孔を前記コアの内部に形成する
ことを特徴とするプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、
前記アンカーは、前記弁体を挿通しているコアに対向して当接する当接面を有し、
前記コアと前記弁体との隙間に対向する前記アンカーの当接面と、前記密閉空間に接する前記アンカーの面と、の間に流体通路孔を前記アンカーの内部に形成する
ことを特徴とするプランジャ式高圧燃料ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、

前記コアは、コア中央部に前記弁体が挿通する挿通口を有するとともに前記挿通口の外側に前記アンカーと当接する当接面を有し、前記当接面にめっき処理を施しためっき面を設け、

前記コアのめっき面および/または前記アンカーのめっき面に放射状の流体通路溝を形成する
