Description
Claims (9)
- 燃料吸入通路と加圧室との間に備えられた弁体が開閉するための電磁力を発生する電磁コイルと、
前記電磁力により動作する可動子と、
前記可動子を前記弁体が開弁する方向に付勢する開弁ばねと、
前記可動子を収納するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングと前記可動子との間に形成される背圧室と、
を備える電磁弁を有する高圧燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
前記可動子は、磁性材からなるアンカーと、非磁性材からなるロッドと、を一体に有し、
前記非磁性材からなるロッドは、前記背圧室を前記吸入通路に連通させる第1燃料通路が当該ロッドの中心軸を通るように形成されるとともに、前記開弁ばねの付勢力を受けるばね受け面が形成され、
前記第1燃料通路の前記背圧室側の開口部と前記ばね受け面とは、前記非磁性材からなるロッドの前記背圧室側の端面に形成され、
前記開弁ばねは、前記第1燃料通路の内径よりも大きい内径を有するとともに、前記アンカーの内径よりも小さい外径を有することを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項1において、前記ロッドの外径は、前記アンカーの内径と略等しいことを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記加圧室と前記燃料吸入通路との間に前記弁体を収納する中間室を有することを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項3において、前記背圧室と前記吸入通路が前記中間室を介して、前記第1燃料通路と前記可動子の周縁部に設けられた第2燃料通路とで連結されていることを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項3又は4において、前記アンカーは、前記中間室側に設けられた小径部と、前記小径部よりも外径の大きい大径部と、を有することを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記第1燃料通路は、前記可動子の径方向に形成されたスリットまたは孔で前記燃料吸入通路と連通することを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記可動子と前記弁体とが、別体となっていることを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項6において、前記第1燃料通路の断面積をAとし、前記スリット及び前記横穴の流れ方向に垂直な断面積の合計値をBとすると、AよりもBの方が大きいことを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
- 請求項6において、前記第1燃料通路の断面積をAとし、前記スリットまたは前記横穴の流れ方向に垂直な断面積をBとすると、AよりもBの方が大きいことを特徴とする高圧燃料供給ポンプ。
