Abstract
【解決手段】 床下チャンバの空気を吸引する吸込口14と、空気を装置内の上部に供給するファン13と、装置で床上部の側面に設置されクリーンルーム内に給気するための吹出口12とを備えてて、床下チャンバの空気をクリーンルーム内に供給することにより、床下チャンバからクリーンルーム内への逆流を防止する。

Description
前記クリーンルームの前記床下チャンバの空気を吸引する吸引口と、
前記クリーンルーム内に前記空気を吹き出す吹出口と、
前記吸引口から前記床下チャンバの前記空気を吸引して前記吹出口から前記クリーンルーム内に吹き出すファンと、
前記吹出口から吹出す空気流の高さ方向の向きを調整する板状の吹出し角度調整用フィンと、
前記吹出口で装置中心から放射状に延びかつ高さ方向には互いに平行な板状の放射状空気吹出用フィンと、
前記ファンを駆動制御して、前記クリーンルームで不足している流量を前記床下チャンバから前記クリーンルーム内に供給する制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とするクリーンルームの逆流防止装置を提供する。

Claims (5)
- 天井面から吹き出した清浄空気を通気性の床で仕切られた床下チャンバに向けて気流をダウンフローで流すようにしたクリーンルームにおいて、
前記クリーンルームの前記床下チャンバの空気を吸引する吸引口と、
前記クリーンルーム内に前記空気を吹き出す吹出口と、
前記吸引口から前記床下チャンバの前記空気を吸引して前記吹出口から前記クリーンルーム内に吹き出すファンと、
前記吹出口から吹出す空気流の高さ方向の向きを調整する板状の吹出し角度調整用フィンと、
前記吹出口で装置中心から放射状に延びかつ高さ方向には互いに平行な板状の放射状空気吹出用フィンと、
前記ファンを駆動制御して、前記クリーンルームで不足している流量を前記床下チャンバから前記クリーンルーム内に供給する制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とするクリーンルームの逆流防止装置。 - 前記吹出口からの吹出流量Qoutが、前記床から前記クリーンールーム内に逆流する流量Qに対して、
1.20 ×Q ≦ Qout ≦ 3.47 ×Q となるように、前記ファンで流量調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリーンルームの逆流防止装置。 - 前記吹出し角度調整用フィンの角度は、前記空気流が水平方向から下向き方向に吹き出す方向に調整されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクリーンルームの逆流防止装置。
- 装置中心をO、前記装置中心Oから逆流の範囲の左端を結んだ直線をAとし、前記装置中心Oから前記逆流の範囲の右端を結んだ直線をBとし、∠AOBの二等分線をCとし、∠AOC=∠BOC=θとし、実際に前記吹出口から吹く角度をθ’とするとき、
0.9≦(θ’/θ)≦1.2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のクリーンルームの逆流防止装置。 - 前記床を境とした上下空間の差圧を検出する差圧計をさらに備え、
前記差圧計で検出された前記差圧に基づき、前記制御装置で、前記ファンを駆動制御して、前記クリーンルームで不足している流量を前記床下チャンバから前記クリーンルーム内に供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のクリーンルームの逆流防止装置。
