Abstract

- 患者への皮下アクセスを提供するためのアクセスポートであって、

皮下埋め込み後、前記アクセスポートを識別するように構築される前記アクセスポートの少なくとも1つの特徴と

前記隔膜は、前記本体内に画定された空洞内に、この隔膜を通じて針を繰り返し挿入するための隔膜であるアクセスポート。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、略四角形の外面、略三角形の外面および弧状の外面のうち、少なくとも1つの外面を具える請求項1に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記本体は、噛み合いラインにほぼ沿って互いに組み立てられる、1個のキャップおよび1個のベースを具え、前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、前記噛み合いラインに近接し、かつ前記アクセスポートの外周の周りの少なくとも一部に延在する、外周不連続部を具える請求項1に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、凸部、凸領域、周方向に延在する凸部、凹部、凹領域、周方向に延在する凹部、少なくとも1個の縫合開口、張出リム特徴部、リップ特徴部、起伏、および、異なる高さの隣接する特徴部のうち、少なくとも1つを具える請求項1に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記アクセスポートは、皮下埋め込み後、前記アクセスポートを識別するように構成されかつ位置決めされる、少なくとも1個の縫合開口をさらに具える請求項1に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、前記アクセスポートの本体の一部を画定する実質的に平面状の側面と、前記アクセスポートの本体の一部を画定する弧状の側面と、前記アクセスポートの本体の一部を画定する側面の少なくとも一部の凹領域とのうち、少なくとも1つを具える請求項1に記載のアクセスポート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、前記アクセスポートの前記本体の長形のサイド部分を形成する請求項1に記載のアクセスポート。
- 皮下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートの識別方法であって、
皮下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートを設ける工程と、
前記皮下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートの少なくとも1つの特徴を知覚する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの特徴を知覚することに応じて、前記皮下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートを識別する工程と
を有するアクセスポートの識別方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特徴を知覚する工程は、触診、X線、超音波およびRFID技術の少なくとも1つを用いることを具える請求項8に記載のアクセスポートの識別方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴を知覚する工程は、略四角形の外面、略三角形の外面、および弧状の外面のうち、少なくとも1つを知覚することを具える請求項8に記載のアクセスポートの識別方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴を知覚する工程は、凸部、凸領域、周方向に延在する凸部、凹部、凹領域、周方向に延在する凹部、少なくとも1つの縫合開口、張出リム特徴部、リップ特徴部、起伏、および、異なる高さの隣接する特徴部のうち、少なくとも1つを知覚することを具える請求項8に記載のアクセスポートの識別方法。
- 前記皮下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートを識別する工程は、前記少なくとも1つの特徴を知覚することに応じて、自動注入可能なように前記皮下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートを識別することを具える請求項8に記載のアクセスポートの識別方法。
