Abstract
【解決手段】一つの実施の形態に係るインクジェットヘッドは、本体と、複数の電極と、複数の導電部と、絶縁膜と、枠部材と、蓋部材と、電子部品と、保護剤とを具備する。前記本体に複数の圧力室が設けられる。前記複数の電極は、前記複数の圧力室にそれぞれ設けられる。前記複数の導電部は、前記本体に設けられ、前記複数の電極にそれぞれ接続される。前記絶縁膜は、前記電極と前記導電部の一部とを覆う。前記枠部材は、内側に前記複数の圧力室に連通したインク室が設けられ、前記絶縁膜の上から前記本体に取り付けられる。前記蓋部材は、前記枠部材に取り付けられ前記インク室を塞ぐ。前記電子部品は、前記複数の導電部に接続される。前記保護剤は、前記枠部材と前記電子部品との間に位置する前記絶縁膜の端部と、前記絶縁膜の端部と前記電子部品との間の前記導電部と、を覆う。

Description
本体と、複数の電極と、複数の導電部と、絶縁膜と、枠部材と、蓋部材と、電子部品と、保護剤とを具備する。前記本体に複数の圧力室が設けられる。前記複数の電極は、前記複数の圧力室にそれぞれ設けられる。前記複数の導電部は、前記本体に設けられ、前記複数の電極にそれぞれ接続される。前記絶縁膜は、前記電極と前記導電部の一部とを覆う。前記枠部材は、内側に前記複数の圧力室に連通したインク室が設けられ、前記絶縁膜の上から前記本体に取り付けられる。前記蓋部材は、前記枠部材に取り付けられ前記インク室を塞ぐ。前記電子部品は、前記複数の導電部に接続される。前記保護剤は、前記枠部材と前記電子部品との間に位置する前記絶縁膜の端部と、前記絶縁膜の端部と前記電子部品との間の前記導電部と、を覆う。
Claims (10)
- 複数の圧力室が設けられた本体と、
前記複数の圧力室にそれぞれ設けられた複数の電極と、
前記本体に設けられ、前記複数の電極にそれぞれ接続された複数の導電部と、
前記電極と前記導電部の一部とを覆う絶縁膜と、
内側に前記複数の圧力室に連通したインク室が設けられ、前記絶縁膜の上から前記本体に取り付けられた枠部材と、
前記枠部材に取り付けられ前記インク室を塞いだ蓋部材と、
前記複数の導電部に接続された電子部品と、
前記枠部材と前記電子部品との間に位置する前記絶縁膜の端部と、前記絶縁膜の端部と前記電子部品との間の前記導電部と、を覆う保護剤と、
を具備することを特徴とするインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記絶縁膜の端部が前記保護剤によって封止されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記保護剤が耐インク性の接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記保護剤が前記電子部品に付着したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記枠部材が接着剤によって前記本体に取り付けられ、
前記保護剤が、前記接着剤と同種の接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインクジェットヘッド。 - 基板と、
前記基板に取り付けられ、複数の圧力室を有する圧電部材と、
前記複数の圧力室にそれぞれ設けられた複数の電極と、
前記基板に設けられ、前記複数の電極にそれぞれ接続された複数の導電部と、
前記電極と前記導電部の一部とを覆う絶縁膜と、
内側に前記圧電部材が配置されたインク室が設けられ、前記絶縁膜の上から前記基板に取り付けられた枠部材と、
前記枠部材に取り付けられ前記インク室を塞ぎ、前記複数の圧力室にそれぞれ開口する複数のノズルを有するノズルプレートと、
前記複数の導電部に接続された電子部品と、
前記枠部材と前記電子部品との間に位置する前記絶縁膜の端部と、前記絶縁膜の端部と前記電子部品との間の前記導電部と、を覆う保護剤と、
を具備することを特徴とするインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記絶縁膜の端部が前記保護剤によって封止されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記保護剤が耐インク性の接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記保護剤が前記電子部品に付着したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記枠部材が接着剤によって前記基板に取り付けられ、
前記保護剤が、前記接着剤と同種の接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
