Description
i)少なくとも20〜99.9重量パーセントのリン含有酸モノマー;および
ii)30〜1000μmの平均粒子サイズ;
を有するポリマービーズ組成物を提供する。
本発明は、ポリマービーズが
i)少なくとも1種のリン含有酸モノマー、水性媒体、フリーラジカル開始剤および懸濁剤を含む懸濁物を形成し;並びに
ii)モノマーが水不溶性ポリマービーズを形成するまでモノマーを重合させる;
ことにより製造される、
少なくとも20〜99.9重量パーセントのリン含有酸モノマーおよび30〜1000μmの平均粒子サイズを有するポリマービーズ組成物をさらに提供する。
2リットルの実験室反応器に、200rpmの攪拌条件下で390gの脱イオン水、138gのNaCl、2.6gのカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが入れられた。モノマー調製タンクに、150gのメタクリル酸(Glacial methacrylic acid:GMAA)、150gのPEM、24gのジビニルベンゼン(63%)(DVB)および5.8gのジ(4−tert−ブチル−シクロヘキシル)ペルオキシジカルボナートが入れられた。重合反応器における攪拌が停止させられ、モノマー混合物が反応器に入れられた。次いで、反応器は稼働中150rpmで攪拌された。温度プロファイルは室温で30分間、58℃に加熱されて5時間保持され、次いで97℃に加熱されて3時間保持された。次いで、反応系は室温まで冷却された。このロットは過剰の水で洗浄され、ふるいに掛けられ、ブフナー乾燥させられ、包装された。

Claims (4)
- i)少なくとも20〜99.9重量パーセントのリン含有酸モノマー;および
ii)30〜1000μmの平均粒子サイズ;
を有するポリマービーズ組成物。 - i)フリーラジカル開始剤;および
ii)懸濁剤;
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のポリマービーズ組成物。 - ポリマービーズが、
i)少なくとも1種のリン含有酸モノマー、水性媒体、フリーラジカル開始剤および懸濁剤を含む懸濁物を形成し;並びに
ii)モノマーが水不溶性ポリマービーズを形成するまでモノマーを重合させる;
ことにより製造される、請求項1に記載のポリマービーズ組成物。 - 懸濁物が架橋性モノマーを0〜30重量パーセントの量でさらに含む請求項3に記載のポリマービーズ組成物。
