Abstract
【解決手段】 車両用バッテリユニットのトレー11の床面に沿って配置された補強用の中空フレームFには水抜き孔23c,24cが形成されるとともに、中空フレームFの内部から中空フレームFの底壁を貫通して水抜きパイプ57が下方に延びるので、結露や浸水によりトレー11の床面に溜まった水を水抜き孔23c,24cから中空フレームFの内部に導き、更に中空フレームの内部Fから水抜きパイプ57を通して外部に排出することができる。しかも水抜きパイプ57、中空フレームFおよび水抜き孔23c,24cによってラビリンスが構成されるため、水抜きパイプ57側からトレー11側に水が浸入するのを阻止することができるだけでなく、補強用の中空フレームFを排水に利用するので部品点数の増加や構造の複雑化を防止することができる。

Claims (4)
- バッテリユニット本体にバッテリを支持する車両用バッテリユニットにおいて、
前記バッテリユニット本体の床面に沿って配置されて該バッテリユニット本体を補強する中空フレームと、
前記中空フレームに形成されて前記バッテリユニット本体の床面を該中空フレームの内部を連通させる水抜き孔と、
前記中空フレームの内部から該中空フレームの底壁を貫通して下方に延びる水抜きパイプと、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用バッテリユニット。 - 前記中空フレームの下面には前記バッテリを冷却する冷媒が流れるダクトが一体に形成され、前記水抜きパイプは前記ダクトを上から下に貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリユニット。
- 前記水抜きパイプ(57)は前記ダクト(D3,D4)における冷媒の流れ方向の下流側の端部に位置することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用バッテリユニット。
- 前記バッテリユニット本体の下面を覆うアンダーカバーを備え、前記水抜きパイプの下端は前記アンダーカバーの上面に対向するように開口することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリユニット。
