Claims (5)
- 下層バッテリ群の上方にバッテリ支持部材を配置し、前記バッテリ支持部材の上面に上層バッテリ群を支持し、冷媒の流通によって前記下層バッテリ群および上層バッテリ群を冷却するバッテリの冷却構造であって、
前記バッテリ支持部材は、前記下層バッテリ群を載置するトレーに間隔を開けて立設された2つの脚部材の上端間に架設され、これらバッテリ支持部材および2つの脚部材が各々中空に構成され、前記トレーの内部から一方の脚部材の内部を上方に流れた冷媒が、前記バッテリ支持部材の内部を流通して前記上層バッテリ群を冷却した後、他方の脚部材の内部を下向きに流れて前記トレーの内部に戻ることを特徴とするバッテリの冷却構造。 - 前記バッテリ支持部材の内部は、冷媒の流通方向に延びる隔壁によって複数の流路に分割されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
- 前記バッテリ支持部材に隣接して配置された電子部品支持部材を備え、前記電子部品支持部材は、電子部品を支持する支持部と、前記支持部から下方に延びて固定部に固定される支持脚とからなり、前記支持部は前記バッテリ支持部材に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
- 前記支持脚は前記電子部品支持部材の車幅方向一端側と他端側とに設けられており、車幅方向一端側の前記支持脚の下端に設けられた取付ブラケットは車体前方に延び、車幅方向他端側の前記支持脚の下端に設けられた取付ブラケットは車体後方に延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
- 車幅方向一端側の前記支持脚は、その上部に対して下部が車体前方に向けて屈曲することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリの冷却構造。
