Description
ここに、本発明の代表的な一つは、複数の蓄電器を有する蓄電モジュールにおいて、蓄電器と、蓄電器同士を電気的に接続するための導電部材とを、蓄電器から噴出した噴出物が放出される室内において接合することを特徴とする。
本発明の代表的な一つによれば、蓄電器と導電部材とを接合するためだけの接合空間(室或いは通路)を設ける必要がないので、蓄電器を冷却する媒体が流通する冷却空間(室或いは通路)、及び蓄電器から噴出した噴出物が放出される噴出物放出空間(室或いは通路)を蓄電モジュールの筐体内部に有効に設けることができる。これにより、本発明の代表的な一つによれば、冷却空間に蓄電器の端部を露出させることができる、換言すれば冷却空間に露出する蓄電器の表面積を拡大できるので、冷却媒体と蓄電器との接触面積、すなわち冷却面積を大きくできる。また、本発明の代表的な一つによれば、噴出物放出空間の容積を広く設けることができるので、噴出物が噴出物放出空間に拡散され、噴出物の温度や圧力を低減させることができる。しかも、本発明の代表的な一つによれば、噴出物の温度や圧力を低減できるので、ガ噴出物放出空間を形成する筐体部材に及ぶ負荷を低減させることができる。

本発明の代表的な他の一つによれば、蓄電器から噴出した噴出物を蓄電モジュール内に溜めることなく外部に排出することができる。
ここでは、代表的な一部の発明について説明した。それ以外の発明は、以下の実施例において説明する。
本発明の代表的な他の一つによれば、蓄電器から噴出した噴出物を蓄電モジュール内に溜めることなく外部に排出できるので、噴出物の排出性能を従来よりも向上させることができる蓄電モジュールを提供することができる。

Claims (17)
- 複数の蓄電器と、
前記複数の蓄電器を収納する筐体と、
前記複数の蓄電器を電気的に接続するための複数の導電部材と、を有し、
前記筐体には、前記複数の蓄電器が配置された第1室、及び前記第1室から隔絶され、前記蓄電器から噴出した噴出物が放出される第2室が形成されており、
前記導電部材と前記蓄電器との両者は前記第2室内において接合されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記第1室は、前記複数の蓄電器を冷却するための媒体が流通する通路を構成している、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記筐体には、前記噴出物を前記第2室の下部から排出して外部の配管に導くための排出機構が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記複数の蓄電器を両側から挟み込んで支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の前記蓄電器挟持側とは反対側に設けられた覆い部材と、を有し、
前記第2室は、前記支持部材により前記複数の蓄電器が挟持されて、前記支持部材の前記蓄電器挟持側とは反対側が前記覆い部材により覆われることにより形成されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記支持部材と前記複数の蓄電器のそれぞれとの間には、前記第1室と前記第2室との間を密に隔絶するようにシール部材が介装されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記支持部材と前記覆い部材との間には、前記第2室と外部との間を密に隔絶するようにシール材が介装されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記支持部材は絶縁部材により形成されており、
前記導電部材は前記支持部材に埋め込まれている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記複数の蓄電器の電圧を検出するための複数の電圧検出線を備え、
前記電圧検出線は、前記支持部材の前記挟持側を這い回り、前記支持部材の挟持側に露出した前記導電部材の部位と接続されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記導電部材は、前記支持部材の前記蓄電器挟持方向から前記蓄電器に接合されており、
前記導電部材の前記蓄電器との対向部位には、前記蓄電器から前記第2室に向かって放出された前記噴出物が通る貫通孔が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 複数の蓄電器と、
前記複数の蓄電器を収納する筐体と、
前記複数の蓄電器を電気的に接続するための複数の導電部材と、を有し、
前記筐体には、前記複数の蓄電器が配置された第1室、及び前記第1室から隔絶され、前記蓄電器から噴出した噴出物が放出される第2室が形成されており、
前記複数の導電部材は、前記噴出物が前記蓄電器から前記第2室に向かって放出される方向に対して配置されていると共に、前記噴出物が通る貫通孔を備えている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 複数の蓄電器と、
前記複数の蓄電器を収納する筐体と、を有し、
前記筐体には、前記複数の蓄電器が配置された第1室、及び前記第1室から隔絶され、前記前記蓄電器から噴出した噴出物が放出される第2室が形成されていると共に、前記噴出物を前記第2室の下部から排出して外部の配管に導くための排出機構が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 複数の蓄電器と、
前記複数の蓄電器を収納する筐体と、
前記複数の蓄電器を電気的に接続するための複数の導電部材と、
前記複数の蓄電器を両側から挟み込んで支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の前記蓄電器挟持側とは反対側に設けられた覆い部材と、を有し、
前記筐体には、前記支持部材を隔壁としてその一方側に、前記複数の蓄電器が配置された第1室が、その他方側に、前記蓄電器の容器内部から噴出した噴出物が放出される第2室が、それぞれ形成されており、
前記第1室は、前記複数の蓄電器を冷却するための媒体が流通する通路であり、
前記支持部材には、前記噴出物を前記第2室の下部から排出して外部の配管に導くための排出機構が設けられており、
前記導電部材と前記蓄電器の両者は前記第2室において接合されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 複数の蓄電器を備えた蓄電モジュールと、
前記複数の蓄電器の電圧を検出し、前記複数の蓄電器の蓄電量を制御する制御装置と、を有し、
前記蓄電モジュールは、請求項1,10,11,12のいずれかに記載の蓄電モジュールにより構成されている、
ことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 車載用電源を構成する蓄電装置であって、
複数の蓄電器を備えた蓄電モジュールと、
前記複数の蓄電器の電圧を検出し、前記複数の蓄電器の蓄電量を制御する制御装置と、を有し、
前記蓄電モジュールは、請求項1,10,11,12のいずれかに記載の蓄電モジュールにより構成されていると共に、車両から走行路に向かって延びるように車両に敷設された配管と接続され、前記配管を介して、前記蓄電器から噴出した噴出物を車外に排出する、
ことを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 動力を発生する電動機と、
前記電動機の駆動用電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記電動機に供給される電力を制御して前記電動機の駆動を制御する電力変換装置と、を有し、
前記蓄電装置は、複数の蓄電器を備えた蓄電モジュール、及び前記複数の蓄電器の電圧を検出して、前記複数の蓄電器の蓄電量を制御する制御装置を備えており、
前記蓄電モジュールは、請求項1,10,11,12のいずれかに記載の蓄電モジュールにより構成されている、
ことを特徴とする電動機駆動システム。 - 車両に搭載され、車両駆動用動力を発生する電動機と、
前記電動機の駆動用電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記駆動用電力を制御して前記電動機の駆動を制御する電力変換装置と、を有し、
前記蓄電装置は、複数の蓄電器を備えた蓄電モジュール、及び前記複数の蓄電器の電圧を検出して、前記複数の蓄電器の蓄電量を制御する制御装置を備えており、
前記蓄電モジュールは、請求項1,10,11,12のいずれかに記載の蓄電モジュールにより構成されていると共に、車両から走行路に向かって延びるように車両に敷設された配管と接続され、前記配管を介して、前記蓄電器から噴出した噴出物を車外に排出する、
ことを特徴とする車両用電動機駆動システム。 - 車内から走行路に向かって延び、排出物を車外に導いて排出する配管が敷設された車両であって、
車両駆動用動力を発生する電動機と、
前記電動機の駆動用電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記駆動用電力を制御して前記電動機の駆動を制御する電力変換装置と、を有し、
前記蓄電装置は、複数の蓄電器を備えた蓄電モジュール、及び前記複数の蓄電器の電圧を検出して、前記複数の蓄電器の蓄電量を制御する制御装置を備えており、
前記蓄電モジュールは、請求項1,10,11,12のいずれかに記載の蓄電モジュールにより構成されていると共に、前記配管に接続され、前記蓄電器から噴出した噴出物を前記排出物として前記配管に排出する、
ことを特徴とする車両。
