Abstract

Claims (15)
- 垂直および水平方向に積層された多数のバッテリセルと、前記多数のバッテリセルに電気的に連結された多数の母線とからなる少なくとも一つのバッテリモジュールと、
前記バッテリモジュールに結合された絶縁本体と、前記絶縁本体に形成され、前記多数の母線のうち選択された一部と電気的に連結された電源端子とからなるコネクタと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記コネクタには、前記バッテリモジュールが多数具備されて、垂直方向または水平方向に積層結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュールには、前記多数のバッテリセルおよび前記多数の母線を一緒に覆う保護カバーが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記多数の母線のうち選択された一部の母線は、前記保護カバーの外側に延長されて前記電源端子に電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記多数の母線それぞれに連結された検出線が前記コネクタに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタには、前記検出線と電気的に連結された検出端子が具備されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュールには、前記多数のバッテリセル、前記多数の母線および多数の前記検出線を一緒に覆う保護カバーが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記検出線のうち一部の検出線が前記保護カバーの外側に延長されて、前記検出端子に電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記垂直および水平方向に積層された多数のバッテリセルの間には、電気的に絶縁性および熱的に導電性を有する隔壁が介在されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュールのうち前記コネクタと結合される側部には、結合用トレンチまたは結合用突起が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタのうち前記バッテリモジュールと結合される側部には、結合用突起または結合用トレンチが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュールは、
前記多数のバッテリセルの下部に密着した下部カバーと、
前記多数のバッテリセルの上部に密着した上部カバーと、
前記下部カバーおよび前記上部カバーを貫通して結合された結合部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記下部カバーおよび前記上部カバーは、スチールまたはエンジニアリングプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタは、前記絶縁本体の表面に形成され、前記母線および前記電源端子と電気的に連結される多数の電源パターンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタは、前記絶縁本体の表面に形成され、前記検出線および前記検出端子と電気的に連結される多数の検出パターンを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
