Abstract
【解決手段】 板ガラス1の反パターン面を支持して板ガラス1を搬送方向に送るベルト部11と、このベルト部11と対向する位置で前記板ガラス1のパターン面2に向けて所定圧の水圧を作用させパターン面支持水ガイド30とを有する送り機構40を備え、該送り機構40は、前記パターン面支持水ガイド30の水圧で前記板ガラス1を前記ベルト部11に押圧して、この板ガラス1のパターン面2に非接触の状態で、この板ガラス1を前記ベルト部11との間で挾持するように構成されている。

Claims (9)
- 板ガラスを水平状態で送る搬送装置であって、
前記板ガラスの反パターン面を支持して該板ガラスを搬送方向に送るベルト部と、
該ベルト部と対向する位置で前記板ガラスのパターン面に向けて所定の液体圧を作用させる液体ガイドと、を有する送り機構を備え、
該送り機構は、前記液体ガイドの液体圧で前記板ガラスを前記ベルト部に押圧して、該板ガラスのパターン面に非接触の状態で該板ガラスを前記ベルト部との間で挾持するように構成されていることを特徴とする板ガラスの搬送装置。 - 前記板ガラスの幅方向中央部に前記送り機構を配置し、
前記板ガラスの両端部に、該板ガラス表面との間に液体層を形成して非接触で支持する液体ガイドを配設した請求項1に記載の板ガラスの搬送装置。 - 前記板ガラスのパターン面を上方に向けて搬送するように構成した請求項1又は2に記載の板ガラスの搬送装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の搬送装置を備え、
該搬送装置で搬送する前記板ガラスの端縁を研削及び研磨する面取り機を有するとともに、
前記ベルト部を搬送方向にガイドするガイド部を有していることを特徴とする板ガラスの面取り装置。 - 前記面取り機は、前記板ガラスの送り方向両側部に対向して配置された砥石部を有している請求項4に記載の板ガラスの面取り装置。
- 前記面取り機は、前記板ガラスの隅部を研削及び研磨する角面取り機を有している請求項4又は5に記載の板ガラスの面取り装置。
- 前記角面取り機は、研削砥石と研磨砥石とを有する砥石部を備え、
該砥石部は、前記研削砥石又は研磨砥石を前記板ガラスの端縁に位置させる配置替え機構を具備している請求項6に記載の板ガラスの面取り装置。 - 前記板ガラスの搬送方向に前記面取り装置を2台配置し、該2台の面取り装置の間に前記板ガラスを90度回転させる反転機を備えさせた請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の板ガラスの面取り装置。
- 前記面取り装置は、長辺面取り装置と短辺面取り装置とで構成され、
前記長辺面取り装置は、R面取り砥石、研磨砥石を有する砥石部を備え、
前記短辺面取り装置は、R面取り砥石、研磨砥石、角面取り砥石とを有する砥石部を備えている請求項8に記載の板ガラスの面取り装置。
