Abstract
【課題】別途センサや回路を追加しなくてもモータロックを確実に検出してモータの損傷を防ぐ。
【解決手段】モータ11回転がダイレクトまたは減速機を介して伝達される出力部を備えるとともに、二次電池を電源として作動する充電式電動工具である。電池電圧を検出する電圧検出部31と、予め測定したモータロック時の電池電圧を記憶する記憶手段32と、上記モータの駆動を制御する制御手段30とを備える。制御手段30は、モータ駆動時の電圧検出部で検出される電池電圧が上記記憶手段に記憶させた電池電圧以下となる状態が所定時間継続するときにモータロック状態であると判断してモータを停止もしくは減速する。

Claims (6)
- モータ回転がダイレクトまたは減速機を介して伝達される出力部を備えるとともに、二次電池を電源として作動する充電式電動工具において、電池電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、予め測定したモータロック時の電池電圧を記憶する記憶手段と、上記モータの駆動を制御する制御手段とを備えており、上記制御手段は、モータ駆動時の電圧検出部で検出される電池電圧が上記記憶手段に記憶させた電池電圧以下となる状態が所定時間継続するときにモータロック状態であると判断してモータを停止もしくは減速するものであることを特徴とする充電式電動工具。
- 上記記憶手段に記憶させたモータロック時の電池電圧は、想定される使用環境温度内における最高温度時の電池電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電式電動工具。
- 温度を検出する温度センサを備えており、上記制御手段は、上記温度センサで検出される温度に応じて、上記記憶手段に記憶され且つモータ回転時の電池電圧と比較される電池電圧を変更するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電式電動工具。
- 上記記憶手段に記憶させたモータロック時の電池電圧は、上記二次電池が満充電された状態でのモータロック時の電池電圧であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充電式電動工具。
- 上記制御手段は、モータ起動前の電池残容量に応じて、上記記憶手段に記憶され且つモータ回転時の電池電圧と比較される電池電圧を変更するものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の充電式電動工具。
- 上記記憶手段に記憶させたモータロック時の電池電圧を書き換える書き換え手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の充電式電動工具。
