Claims (22)
- それぞれが少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の機械可読な表示を提供するように機能するバーコード化された多数の品質インジケータであって、
少なくとも1つの第1の着色可能領域を含む第1のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過前に機械可読である第1のバーコードと、
少なくとも1つの第2の着色可能領域を有する少なくとも1つの第2のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過前に機械可読でない第2のバーコードと、
前記インジケータの第1の位置に位置する着色剤と、
前記時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過に基づいて同時に着色することによって、前記第1のバーコードが可読でなくなると同時に前記第2のバーコードが機械可読になるように、少なくとも部分的には時間の関数である割合で、前記第1の位置から前記第1の着色可能領域、及び前記第2の着色可能領域に同時に着色剤を移動可能であるように機能する着色剤経路と
を有するバーコード化された多数の品質インジケータと、
前記バーコード化された品質インジケータを読み出し、出力表示を提供するように機能するバーコードインジケータリーダと、
前記出力表示を受信し、人間が感知可能な製品品質状態出力を提供するように機能する製品種類応答表示インタプリタと、
を有し、前記バーコード化された品質インジケータのそれぞれは、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の前、間、及び直後の期間を含む概して全ての時間における、前記バーコードインジケータリーダによって読み取り可能な単一の機械可読なバーコードを提供するように機能することを特徴とする製品のための品質管理システム。 - 前記バーコード化された品質インジケータは、線形のバーコードを有する請求項1に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記第1のバーコード、及び前記少なくとも1つの第2のバーコードはそれぞれ、番号列、又はアルファベットの列を表示するように機能する請求項1、又は請求項2に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記第1のバーコードは、第1のバーコード規格に適合し、前記少なくとも1つの第2のバーコードは、第1のバーコード規格とは異なるバーコード規格に適合する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記バーコード化された多数の品質インジケータのそれぞれは、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過前の第1の機械可読な表示と、前記第1の機械可読な表示と異なり、かつ前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過後の第2の機械可読な表示とを提供する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記品質インジケータの少なくとも1つは、10分より短い時間の超過の機械可読な表示を提供するように機能する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記品質インジケータの少なくとも1つは、異なるいくつかのしきい値の超過の表示を提供するように機能する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記品質インジケータの少なくとも1つは、作動後にのみ前記機械可読な表示を提供するように機能する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記作動前に前記品質インジケータの少なくとも1つは、第1の可視的状態であり、前記作動後に前記品質インジケータの少なくとも1つは、前記第1の可視的状態とは異なる第2の可視的状態であり、前記インジケータの前記少なくとも1つは、少なくとも前記第2の可視的状態において機械可読である請求項8に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記インジケータの前記少なくとも1つは、前記インジケータの前記少なくとも1つが前記第1の可視的状態のとき、機械可読ではない請求項9に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記インジケータの前記少なくとも1つは、前記インジケータの前記少なくとも1つが前記第1の可視的状態のとき、機械可読である請求項9に記載の品質管理システム。
- 前記品質インジケータの少なくとも1つは、製造、又は作動後の所定の時間に自動的に生じる活性化のときにのみ前記機械可読な表示を提供するように機能する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の品質管理システム。
- 少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の機械可読な表示を提供するように機能するバーコード化された品質インジケータであって、
少なくとも1つの第1の着色可能領域を含む第1のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過前に機械可読である第1のバーコードと、
少なくとも1つの第2の着色可能領域を含む少なくとも1つの第2のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過前に機械可読でない第2のバーコードと、
前記インジケータの第1の位置に位置する着色剤と、
前記時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過に基づいて同時に着色することによって、前記第1のバーコードが可読でなくなると同時に前記第2のバーコードが機械可読になるように、少なくとも部分的には時間の関数である割合で、前記第1の位置から前記第1の着色可能領域、及び前記第2の着色可能領域に同時に前記着色剤を移動可能であるように機能する着色剤経路と、
を有することを特徴とするバーコード化された品質インジケータリーダ。 - 前記着色剤経路は、前記第1の位置から前記第1の着色可能領域、及び前記第2の着色可能領域に拡散することによって、前記着色剤を移動することが可能なように機能する請求項13に記載のバーコード化された品質インジケータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の前、間、及び直後の期間を含む概して全ての時間において、前記バーコードの1つのみが読取り可能である請求項13、又は請求項14に記載のバーコード化された品質インジケータ。
- 前記第1の位置は、前記第1のバーコードの端部と、前記第2のバーコードの端部との中間である請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載のバーコード化された品質インジケータ。
- 除去前に前記溶剤、及び前記着色剤の通過を妨げるのに適当であるプルストリップを有し、前記プルストリップの除去によって、作動する請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載のバーコード化された品質インジケータ。
- 溶剤に溶け、かつ溶解前に着色剤、及び溶剤の通過を妨げるのに適当である活性化遅延レイヤをさらに有し、前記遅延レイヤが溶解するまで活性化しない請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載のバーコード化された品質インジケータ。
- それぞれが少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の機械可読な表示を提供するように機能するバーコード化された多数の品質インジケータであって、
少なくとも1つの第1の着色可能領域を含む第1のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の前に機械可読な第1のバーコードと、
少なくとも1つの第2の着色可能領域を含む少なくとも1つの第2のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つの時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過の前に機械可読でない第2のバーコードと、
前記インジケータの第1の位置に位置する着色剤と、
前記時間しきい値、及び温度しきい値の超過に基づいて同時に着色することによって、前記第1のバーコードが可読でなくなると同時に前記第2のバーコードが機械可読になるように、少なくとも部分的には時間の関数である割合で、前記第1の位置から前記第1の着色可能領域、及び第前記2の着色可能領域に同時に着色剤を移動可能であるように機能する着色剤経路と、

少なくとも1つの第1の着色可能領域を含む第1のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つのしきい値の超過前に機械可読である第1のバーコードと、
少なくとも1つの第2の着色可能領域を含む少なくとも1つの第2のバーコードであって、前記少なくとも1つのしきい値の超過前に機械可読でない第2のバーコードと、
前記インジケータの第1の位置に位置する着色剤と、
前記しきい値の超過に基づいて同時に着色することによって、前記第1のバーコードが可読でなくなると同時に前記第2のバーコードが機械可読になるように、少なくとも部分的には時間の関数である割合で、前記第1の位置から第1の着色可能領域、及び第2の着色可能領域に同時に着色剤を移動可能であるように機能する着色剤経路と、
を有するバーコード化された品質インジケータと、

を有し、前記バーコード化された品質インジケータのぞれぞれは、前記少なくとも1つのしきい値の超過の前、間、及び直後の期間を含む概して全ての時間において、バーコードインジケータリーダによって読み取り可能な単一の機械可読なバーコードを提供するように機能を有することを特徴とする製品管理システム。 - 前記1つ、又は2つ以上の製品品質影響パラメータの1つは、時間である請求項20に記載の製品管理システム。
- 前記1つ、又は2つ以上の製品品質影響パラメータの1つは、温度である請求項20、又は請求項21に記載の製品管理システム。
