Abstract
Description
図3が、850nmから1100nmの間の水のNIRスペクトルを示している。強い正のピークを、約920nmから1070nmの間に見ることができる。スペクトルは、Perkin−Elmer(TM) Lambda−14(TM) Double Beam UV−Vis−NIR分光計(190nmから1100nm)によって得たものである。走査速度を30nm/分とし、スペクトル分解能を4nmとし、1nmにつき1つのデータ点を採取した。空気を基準とし、光路1cmの石英キュベットに入れたHPLC品質の水を、サンプルとした。約0.05であるスペクトルのベースライン吸収は、2つの空気/石英の界面および2つの水/石英の界面からの反射に起因している。
Claims (21)
- 生体サンプル内のグルコースを検出するための方法であって、
生体サンプルを光源によって照明するステップと、
サンプルからの透過光、透過反射光、または反射光を、検出器によって収集するステップと、
スペクトルデータ分析装置において、サンプル内のグルコース以外の1つ以上の成分のスペクトルデータを生成するステップと、
1つ以上の成分のスペクトルデータを、スペクトルデータ分析装置によって、グルコース以外の1つ以上の成分のスペクトルデータからグルコースの測定をもたらすために充分に分析するステップとを含んでいる、方法。 - 照明の前または後で、光源を基準サンプルへと較正するステップをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光源が、レーザ、発光ダイオード、ハロゲンランプ、白熱ランプ、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

サンプルからの透過光、透過反射光、または反射光を収集するように構成された検出器と、
(1)サンプル内のグルコース以外の1つ以上の成分のスペクトルデータを生成し、(2)スペクトルデータを、グルコース以外の1つ以上の成分のスペクトルデータからグルコースの測定をもたらすために充分に分析するように構成されたスペクトルデータ分析装置とを含んでいる、システム。 - 光源が、レーザ、発光ダイオード、ハロゲンランプ、白熱ランプ、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 光源が、近赤外、中赤外、および可視光の領域のうちの少なくとも1つにある光を発するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
