Claims (8)
- (a) 파장별로 + 차수와 - 차수의 빔 간의 세기 관계식을 설정하는 단계;(b) 특정 목적물을 위한 제1 파장대역의 광이 인가되면, 측정대상체와 기준물체로부터 제2 파장대역의 + 차수와 - 차수의 출력빔을 획득하는 단계;(c) 상기 세기 관계식을 이용하여, 상기 (b) 단계에서 획득된 기준물체로부터의 - 차수의 출력빔으로부터 + 차수의 입력빔을 산출하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 (b) 단계에서 획득된 측정대상체로부터의 + 차수의 출력빔과 상기 (c) 단계에서 산출된 + 차수의 입력빔을 이용하여 흡광도를 계산하고, 계산된 흡광도로부터 성분 농도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는(a1) 소정 주파수대역의 RF 신호에 따라서, 광원으로부터 제공되는 제1 파장대역의 빔으로부터 제2 파장대역의 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔을 발생시키는 단계;(a2) 상기 (a1) 단계에서 발생된 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔을 상기 기준물체에 조사하고, 상기 기준물체로부터 + 차수 및 - 차수의 출력빔을 획득하는 단계; 및(a3) 상기 (a2) 단계에서 획득된 + 차수 및 - 차수의 출력빔으로부터 상기 + 차수와 - 차수의 빔 간의 세기 관계식을 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정방법.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는(b1) 소정 주파수대역의 RF 신호에 따라서, 광원으로부터 제공되는 제1 파장대역의 빔으로부터 제2 파장대역의 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔을 발생시키는 단계; 및(b2) 상기 (b1) 단계에서 발생된 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔을 각각 상기 측정대상체와 기준물체에 조사하고, 상기 측정대상체와 기준물체로부터 각각 + 차수 및 - 차수의 출력빔을 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
- 특정 목적물을 위한 제1 파장대역의 광을 발생시키는 광원;상기 제1 파장대역으로부터 제2 파장대역의 광을 발생시키도록 소정 주파수대역의 신호를 발생시키는 RF 신호 발생부;상기 제1 파장대역의 광이 인가되며, 상기 RF 신호 발생부로부터 제공되는 RF 신호에 따라 상기 제2 파장대역의 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔을 발생시키는 튜너블 필터;상기 튜너블 필터로부터 발생되는 상기 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔이 각각 조사되는 측정대상체와 기준물체로부터 반사 또는 투과되는 출력빔을 검출하는 제1 및 제2 광검출부; 및+ 차수와 - 차수의 빔 간의 세기 관계식이 미리 저장되며, 상기 세기 관계식을 이용하여 상기 기준물체로부터의 출력빔으로부터 상기 측정대상체에 대한 입력빔을 산출하고, 상기 제1 광검출부에서 검출된 측정대상체로부터의 출력빔과 상기산출된 측정대상체에 대한 입력빔을 이용하여 흡광도를 계산하고, 계산된 흡광도로부터 상기 목적물의 성분 농도를 측정하는 신호처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 튜너블 필터로 부터 발생되는 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔이 상기 측정대상체 및 기준물체로 평행하게 전달되도록 가이딩하는 빔 가이딩부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 빔 가이딩부와 상기 측정대상체 사이에 위치하며, 상기 측정대상체의 내부와 외부의 굴절율의 차이를 정합시키기 위한 굴절율 정합부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리부는 상기 튜너블 필터로부터 발생되는 + 차수 및 - 차수의 빔을 파장별로 각각 상기 기준물체에 조사하고, 상기 기준물체로부터 획득되는 + 차수 및 - 차수의 출력빔으로부터 파장별 + 차수와 - 차수의 빔 간의 세기 관계식을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 목적물의 성분 농도 측정장치.
