Claims (8)
- (a)特定目的物のための第1波長帯域の光をチューナブルフィルターに印加し、所定周波数帯域のRF信号を前記チューナブルフィルターに供給することによって、前記チューナブルフィルターから発生された第2波長帯域の+次数のビーム及び−次数のビーム間の強度関係式を波長別に基準物体に対して設定する段階と、
(b)目的物のための第1波長帯域の光が印加されれば、測定対象体及び前記基準物体から第2波長帯域の+次数及び−次数の出力ビームを獲得する段階と、
(c)前記強度関係式を利用して、前記(b)段階で獲得された基準物体からの−次数の出力ビームの強度から+次数の入力ビームの強度を算出する段階と、
(d)前記(b)段階で獲得された測定対象体からの+次数の出力ビームの強度及び前記(c)段階で算出された+次数の入力ビームの強度を利用して吸光度を計算し、計算された吸光度から成分濃度を測定する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする目的物の成分濃度測定方法。 - 前記(a)段階は、
(a1)所定周波数帯域のRF信号によって、光源から提供される第1波長帯域のビームから第2波長帯域の+次数及び−次数のビームを発生させる段階と、
(a2)前記(a1)段階で発生した+次数及び−次数のビームをそれぞれ前記基準物体に照射し、前記基準物体から+次数及び−次数の出力ビームを獲得する段階と、
(a3)前記(a2)段階で獲得された+次数及び−次数の出力ビームから前記+次数及び−次数のビーム間の強度関係式を設定する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の目的物の成分濃度測定方法。 - 前記(b)段階は、
(b1)所定周波数帯域のRF信号によって、光源から提供される第1波長帯域のビームから第2波長帯域の+次数及び−次数のビームを発生させる段階と、
(b2)前記(b1)段階で発生した+次数及び−次数のビームをそれぞれ前記測定対象体及び基準物体に照射し、前記測定対象体及び基準物体からそれぞれ+次数及び−次数の出力ビームを獲得する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の目的物の成分濃度測定方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ可読記録媒体。
- 特定目的物のための第1波長帯域の光を発生させる光源と、
前記第1波長帯域から第2波長帯域の光を発生させるように所定周波数帯域の信号を発生させるRF信号発生部と、
前記第1波長帯域の光が印加され、前記RF信号発生部から提供されるRF信号によって前記第2波長帯域の+次数及び−次数のビームを発生させるチューナブルフィルターと、
前記チューナブルフィルターから発生する前記+次数のビームが照射される測定対象体から反射または透過される第1出力ビームを検出する第1光検出部と、
前記チューナブルフィルターから発生する前記−次数のビームが照射される基準物体から反射または透過される第2出力ビームを検出する第2光検出部と、
+次数及び−次数のビーム間の強度関係式があらかじめ保存され、前記強度関係式を利用して前記基準物体からの第2出力ビームから前記測定対象体に対する入力ビームを算出し、前記第1光検出部から検出された測定対象体からの第1出力ビーム及び前記算出された測定対象体に対する入力ビームを利用して吸光度を計算し、計算された吸光度から前記目的物の成分濃度を測定する信号処理部と、を含むことを特徴とする目的物の成分濃度測定装置。 - 前記装置は、前記チューナブルフィルターから発生する+次数及び−次数のビームが前記測定対象体及び基準物体に平行に伝えられるようにガイドするビームガイド部をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の目的物の成分濃度測定装置。
- 前記装置は、前記ビームガイド部と前記測定対象体間に位置し、前記測定対象体の内部及び外部の屈折率の差を整合させるための屈折率整合部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の目的物の成分濃度測定装置。
- 前記信号処理部は、前記チューナブルフィルターから発生する+次数及び−次数のビームを波長別にそれぞれ前記基準物体に照射し、前記基準物体から獲得される+次数及び−次数の出力ビームから波長別+次数及び−次数のビーム間の強度関係式を得ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の目的物の成分濃度測定装置。
