Claims (11)
- 疎水性コーティングをガラス表面に塗布する方法であって、
キトサンのコーティングがガラス表面に結合することと、
キトサンのコーティングが疎水性に変換するよう反応することと、
を含む方法。 - キトサンの親水性コーティングが疎水性フォームへと反応する前に、表面に結合されたキトサンの親水性コーティングを提供するよう、表面に塗布される際に、キトサンが親水性フォームである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 表面にキトサンを塗布する前に、表面を処理することと、キトサンの表面への結合を、同一の処理がされていない他の同一の表面で達成される結合に比して増強することと、を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐久的な疎水性コーティングをガラス表面に塗布する方法であって、
処理されたガラス表面へのキトサン結合能を、同一の処理がされていない他の同一のガラス表面へのキトサン結合能に比して増強するよう、ガラス表面を処理することと、
キトサンの親水性コーティングと結合するよう、処理されたガラス表面に親水性キトサンを塗布することと、
親水性コーティングを疎水性に変換するよう、キトサンのコーティングが1又は2以上の適切な試薬と反応することと、
を含む方法。 - 親水性キトサンは、親水性キトサンの水溶液からガラス表面に塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- キトサンの親水性コーティングは、コーティングを疎水性に変換するために、ヘキシルオキシフェノールで処理される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- ガラス表面の処理は、アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(APES)及びグルタルアルデヒドを表面に塗布することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 表面の処理は、水酸化ナトリウム溶液中に浸し、水で洗浄し、APES含有トルエン溶液に浸し、APES非含有トルエンで洗浄し、ジクロロメタン及びアセトンで洗浄し、乾燥し、グルタルアルデヒド水溶液に浸し、メタノールで洗浄し、乾燥する、ことにより行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- キトサンのコーティングを塗布することによるガラス表面の処理の前に、ガラス表面へのキトサン結合能を、同一のガラス表面への、同一の処理がされていない他の同一のキトサンの結合能に比して、増強するよう、キトサンを処理する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 処理される表面が非疎水性表面である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法により形成される、少なくとも1の疎水性表面を有する製品。
