フィルタ要素によって原ガス部分流から過剰噴霧塗料を分離するステップと、
複数の異なる濾過装置のフィルタ要素から物質を除去するステップと、
複数の異なる濾過装置から除去された物質を同じ容器に集めるステップと、
複数の異なる濾過装置から除去された物質を容器内で攪拌装置によって機械的に攪拌するステップ。
Claims (15)
- 過剰噴霧粒子を含む原ガスの流れ(120)から過剰噴霧塗料を分離する装置であって、
少なくとも二つの濾過装置(132)を備え、
個々の濾過装置(132)が、それを通って原ガスの部分流(228)がそれぞれの濾過装置(132)に入る取り込み開口(230)と、
原ガスの部分流(228)から過剰噴霧塗料を分離する少なくともひとつのフィルタ要素(172)とを含み、
粒状の濾過助剤が原ガスの部分流に加えられ、フィルタ要素(172)の表面に沈着している、装置において、
複数の濾過装置(132)のフィルタ要素(172)から除去された濾過助剤と過剰噴霧塗料の混合物を受け入れる少なくともひとつの容器(176)と、
複数の濾過装置(132)から除去された濾過助剤と過剰噴霧塗料の混合物を機械的に混合するための攪拌装置(204)と、
を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 容器(176)が、第一の濾過装置(132)の垂直方向で下に位置する領域から第二の濾過装置(132)の垂直方向で下に位置する領域へ延びる槽の形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 容器(176)が、過剰噴霧塗料が負荷された濾過助剤を容器(176)から取り出すために用いられる物質出口開口(224)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 容器(176)が物質出口開口(224)を備え、攪拌装置(204)が物質出口開口(224)を通して物質を放出するプロセスを助ける攪拌器具(216´)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 容器(176)が新しい濾過助剤のための入口(222)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 新しい濾過助剤のための入口(222)が容器(176)の第一端領域に配置され、
容器(176)が、第一端領域と反対に位置する容器(176)の第二領域に配置された物質出口開口(224)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 - 攪拌装置(204)が実質的に水平方向に向いた回転軸(212)のまわりで回転可能な少なくともひとつの攪拌器具(216)を備え、攪拌装置(204)は回転方向が反対の少なくとも二つのらせん羽根を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 濾過助剤が、中空構造及び/又は外側寸法に対して大きな内側表面積を有する粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 濾過助剤が、過剰噴霧塗料と化学的に反応する粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 濾過助剤は、平均直径が約10μmから約100μmの範囲にある多数の濾過助剤粒子から成ることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 装置(126)は、圧縮空気のパルスによって容器(176)に収容された物質を巻き上げて原ガスの流れに入るようにする流動化手段(198)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 完全な一回転の間に攪拌装置(204)が攪拌領域(220)を掃引し、容器(176)が攪拌領域(220)の外側輪郭に適合する内側輪郭を有する攪拌部(180)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 容器(176)は攪拌部(180)を含み、攪拌装置(204)は完全な一回転の間に攪拌部(180)の実質的に全体を掃引することを特徴とする請求項1から12までのいずれかに記載の装置。

複数の異なる濾過装置(132)のフィルタ要素(172)から物質を除去するステップと、
複数の異なる濾過装置(132)から除去された物質を同じ容器(176)に集めるステップと、
複数の異なる濾過装置(132)から除去された物質を容器(176)において攪拌装置(204)によって機械的に混合するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 粒状の濾過助剤が原ガスの部分流(228)に加えられてフィルタ要素(172)の表面に沈着し、複数の異なる濾過装置(132)のフィルタ要素(172)から濾過助剤と過剰噴霧塗料から成る混合物が同じ容器(176)に集められ容器(176)内で攪拌装置(204)によって混合されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
