Description
白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒は、好ましくは不活性ガス雰囲気下において、通常50〜600℃、好ましくは100〜450℃、特に好ましくは120〜400℃の範囲の温度において、予備精製(prepurification)せずに又は好ましくは予備精製した後に再生することができる。熱的再生の時間は、通常少なくとも0.5時間とすべきであり、通常0.5〜10000時間、好ましくは1〜100時間、特に好ましくは5〜80時間、特に12〜60時間である。
水素化触媒は、再生の前に、反応処理から除去又は一部を取り除く事ができる。必要により、取り除かれた触媒の複数の部分を連続して処理する。
− 白金(IV)化合物、例えばヘキサクロロ白金酸並びにそのアルカリ金属塩及びアンモニウム塩、テトラクロロ白金酸塩又はテトラクロロジヒドロキシ白金酸;
− 白金(II)化合物、例えばテトラクロロ白金酸及びそのアルカリ金属塩又は塩化白金(II);
− パラジウム(II)化合物、例えばヘキサクロロパラジウム酸及びその塩又は塩化パラジウム(II)
が挙げられる。
a)強酸で触媒を処理する工程、
b)任意に、再生溶液を中和する工程、
c)硫黄等の触媒毒で所望の程度まで被毒させる工程、
d)白金を還元する工程、
e)任意に、再生した触媒を中和するまで水で洗浄する工程、
を含む。
MALVERN Mastersizer(非特許文献4も参照)を使用して粒子径を測定した。波長633nmにおけるフラウンホーファー回折を測定した。粒度分布は、焦点距離f=300mmの前部レンズを選択し、1−600μmの範囲において測定した。
微粉化硫黄で部分的に被毒された白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒の熱的再生。
熱的再生に使用したのと同一の触媒を化学的に再生した。
実施例3の熱的再生後、上記のように処理した触媒の320kgを、化学的に再生した。実施例3に記載した白金の表面積と水銀の濃度は、全ての無作為試料において実施例3で得られた範囲のままであった。
Claims (6)
- 白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒を再生する方法であって、
前記白金族触媒を基礎とする水素化触媒を、50〜600℃において熱的に再生することを特徴とする再生方法。 - 前記再生を保護ガス雰囲気下で行う請求項1に記載の白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒の再生方法。
- 前記白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒を、熱処理後に強酸で処理をする請求項1又は2に記載の白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒の再生方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法により再生した白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒を、無機又は有機化合物の水素化に使用する方法。
- 無機化合物として一酸化窒素をヒドロキシアンモニウム塩に水素化する、請求項4に記載の再生した白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒の使用方法。
- 有機化合物としてオレフィン性若しくはアセチレン性不飽和化合物又はカルボン酸、アルデヒド若しくはケトンを水素化する、請求項4に記載の再生した白金族金属を基礎とする水素化触媒の使用方法。
