Abstract
Description
本出願は、2008年1月22日出願の「DIFFUSER CONFIGURATION FOR AN IMAGE PROJECTOR」という名称の、米国特許仮出願第12/017,440号の一部継続出願であり、この仮出願は参照によってその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (10)
- 基板と、
電気機械式駆動部と、
ばねと、
前記ばねを介して前記基板に取り付けられたミラーとを備える装置であって、前記駆動部が、前記ミラーを、異なる第1の周波数および第2の周波数で、第1および第2の非同一直線上の軸のまわりに回転振動させるように動作可能である、装置。 - 前記ミラーが、前記第1の軸まわりの回転に関する第1の共振振動周波数を有し、前記第2の軸まわりの回転に関する別の第2の共振振動周波数を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動部が、電磁石、圧電素子またはコンデンサを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動部に、前記第1および第2の周波数で前記ミラーを回転振動させるように接続された1つまたは複数の交番電流源をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 照光ビームを生成するように構成された空間光変調器および可干渉性光源をさらに備え、前記ミラーが前記照光ビームを前記空間光変調器へ導くように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 入射光ビームでミラーを照光するステップと、
前記ミラーが第1の周波数で第1の軸のまわりに回転振動し、別の第2の周波数で第2の非同一直線上の軸のまわりに振動するように照光するとともに、前記ミラーを機械的に駆動するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記駆動するステップが、電磁石、圧電素子またはコンデンサで実行される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ミラーが、ある軸のまわりに軸対称でなく、前記軸が前記ミラーの反射面の中心にあって前記面に対して垂直である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動するステップが、前記ミラーをその機械的共振周波数で振動させる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記照光するステップが、可干渉性光源からの入射光で前記ミラーを照光するステップを含み、
前記ミラーが、空間光変調器の方へ前記照明光を反射するように構成される、請求項6に記載の方法。
