Description
Claims (11)
- 鋼板上に形成された亜鉛めっき層と、前記亜鉛めっき層上に形成された亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層とを有し、前記亜鉛めっき層内に金属拡散層が存在する、シーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記亜鉛/金属系合金の金属は導電性金属である、請求項1に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記導電性金属は、Mg、Al、Mn、Cr、Cu、Ti、及びNiからなるグループから選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層の蒸着に使われる合金は、Mg、Al、Mn、Cr、Cu、Ti、及びNiからなるグループから選択される少なくとも1種以上を90〜95重量%含み、及びZnを5〜10重量%含む、請求項1に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記亜鉛めっき層の厚さは1.4〜5μmであり、前記亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層の厚さは0.1〜1μmであり、及び前記亜鉛めっき層と前記亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層との間に形成される亜鉛/金属系合金層の厚さは1〜4μmである、請求項1に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記鋼板と前記亜鉛めっき層との界面には亜鉛/鉄系合金相が存在しない、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 亜鉛めっき鋼板上に亜鉛/金属系合金を蒸着し、亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層を形成するステップと、前記亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層が形成された前記亜鉛めっき鋼板を250℃以上300℃未満の温度で熱処理するステップと、を含む、シーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛/金属系合金の前記亜鉛めっき鋼板への蒸着は、亜鉛/導電性金属系合金を1×10−2〜1×10−5mbarの真空下で交流磁場により浮揚させて行われる、請求項7に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛めっき鋼板の熱処理は、誘導加熱方式または紫外線加熱方式により3〜100秒間行われる、請求項7に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛/金属系合金は、Mg、Al、Mn、Cr、Cu、Ti、及びNiからなる導電性金属のグループから選択される少なくとも1種以上を90〜95重量%含み、及びZnを5〜10重量%含む、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛めっき層の厚さは1.4〜5μmであり、前記亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層の厚さは0.1〜1μmであり、及び前記熱処理によって前記亜鉛めっき層と前記亜鉛/金属系合金蒸着層との間に形成された亜鉛/金属系合金層の厚さは1〜4μmである、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載のシーラー接着性及び耐食性に優れた亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
