Description
Alめっき鋼板は、耐食性に優れているため、広く用いられてきたが、より厳しくなった腐食環境に伴い、最近は、Mgを添加したAl−Mg合金めっき鋼板が注目を浴びている。しかし、Al−Mgめっき層の場合、めっき密着性がAlめっき層に比べて劣化するため、加工中に容易にめっき層が剥離するという問題がある。即ち、Al−Mgめっき鋼板は、耐食性に優れてはいるが、めっき密着性が良好ではないため、実用化に限界がある。
本発明を例示的な実施形態によって説明したが、添付の特許請求の範囲によって定義される発明の範囲及び精神から逸脱しない範囲で、当業者であれば本発明を修正及び変更することができることは明らかである。
Claims (8)
- 素地鋼板と、
前記素地鋼板上に形成されたAlを約85重量%以上含むAlめっき層と、
前記Alめっき層上に形成されたAl−Mgめっき層と
を含む、めっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板。 - 前記Al−Mgめっき層は、Mg:約20〜約80重量%、残部Al及びその他の不可避な不純物からなる、請求項1に記載のめっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記Alめっき層の厚さは約3.5〜約15μmである、請求項1または2に記載のめっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板。
- Al−Mgめっき層の厚さは約1〜約5μmである、請求項3に記載のめっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板。
- 素地鋼板上にAlをめっきしてAlが85重量%以上であるAlめっき層を形成させる段階と、
前記Alめっき層上にMgを真空蒸着してMg蒸着層を形成させる段階と、
前記Alめっき層及びMg蒸着層を含む鋼板を約350〜約450℃において約3〜約100秒間合金化熱処理して前記Alめっき層上にAl−Mgめっき層を形成させる段階と
を含む、めっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - Alめっき層を形成させる段階は、Alめっき層の厚さを約3.5〜約15μmにする、請求項5に記載のめっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記Mg蒸着層を形成させる段階は、約10−2〜約10−5mbarの真空度においてMgを真空蒸着する、請求項5に記載のめっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記Mg蒸着層を形成させる段階は、前記Mg蒸着層の厚さを約0.3〜約2.0μmにする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のめっき密着性及び耐食性に優れたAlめっき層/Al−Mgめっき層の多層構造合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
