Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器構造体を製造し、熱交換器構造体上に接着剤層5を形成し、熱交換器構造体に吸着物質6,1を充填し、熱交換器構造体から、弱く結合し、または、接着剤構造に対して全て結合しない吸着物質の部分を除去する。

Claims (10)
- 以下の方法ステップにより特徴付けられる吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法において、
熱交換器構造体を製造し、
熱交換器構造体上に接着剤層(5)を形成し、接着剤層(5)のために第1温度以上の温度で溶解して第1温度より高い温度で硬化する接着剤が使用され、
熱交換器構造体内に吸着物質(6)を導入し、吸着物質の導入前は、接着剤層(5)は固体であり、
熱交換器構造体内への吸着物質(6)の導入後に、接着剤層(5)は第1温度以上の温度になり、接着剤層(5)は溶解して接着剤層(5)に直接に隣接する吸着物質に対して接着結合が構成され、
接着剤層(5)は硬化のために第2温度以上の温度で加熱され、
吸着物質(6)の弱い部分または接着しない部分が熱交換器構造体から除去される前記吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法において、
熱交換器構造体上に接着剤層(5)を製造する接着剤は固体粉末形状で、熱交換器構造体に塗布されることを特徴とする吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。 - 吸着物質(6)は、熱交換器構造体内への導入の場合、粒状形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- エポキシド樹脂接着剤が、接着剤として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 固体接着剤(5)は、熱交換器構造体内の接着剤と溶剤との液体混合物の導入および/または接着剤が溶解液状になる温度で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項3の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 吸着物質(6)は、シリカゲル、ゼオライト、粘土および/または活性炭素から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項4の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 吸着物質(6)は、≧0.1mmの粒径、特に≧0.2mmの粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項5の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 架橋結合しつつある接着剤は、第2温度以上で硬化することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項6の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 固体接着剤(5)は、実質的に熱交換器構造体の全内面が閉鎖層で覆われるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項7の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 第1温度以上の温度および/または第2温度以上の温度での熱交換器構造体の加熱は、熱交換器構造体への加熱熱搬送媒体の供給および/または外部からのエネルギー供給、特に放射エネルギー供給、特に炉内でのエネルギー供給および/または誘導加熱により起こされることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項8の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 吸着物質(6)は、熱交換器構造体内への導入前に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項9の内の少なくとも1項に記載の吸着式熱交換器を製造する方法。
