Abstract
Description
先ず、図1に基づいて、本実施の形態1に係る除湿素子1について説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係る除湿素子を模式的に示した説明図である。本実施の形態1に係る除湿素子1は、例えば業務用エアコン、家庭用エアコン、自動車用エアコン、冷凍車荷台、保冷庫、冷蔵庫などの除湿材として使用されるものである。
次に、本実施の形態2における除湿装置101を図7に基づいて説明する。図7は、実施の形態2に係る除湿装置であって、除湿素子を熱交換部材のフィンの表面へ固着させた状態を模式的に示した拡大図である。なお、実施の形態1と同一の構成要素については、同一の符号を付して、その説明を適宜省略する。また、実施の形態2の説明において、上下とは、フィン10a側を下とし、フィン10aから離れる側を上とする。
次に、本実施の形態3に係る除湿素子1Aを図8に基づいて説明する。図8は、実施の形態3に係る除湿素子を模式的に示した説明図である。なお、実施の形態1と同一の構成要素については、同一の符号を付して、その説明を適宜省略する。
Claims (7)
- 金属製のフィンを有する熱交換部材を備えた除湿装置の製造方法であって、
微粒子状又は微繊維状から成る吸湿材と、前記吸湿材を結合するバインダーと、を混合する工程と、
混合した前記吸湿材及び前記バインダーに圧力をかけた後、切断して複数の混合体を成型する工程と、
前記混合体を乾燥させてペレット状の除湿素子を製造する工程と、
前記フィンの金属表面に前記除湿素子を斑状に配置し、前記フィンの表面に付着させた固着部材に前記金属表面が部分的に露出した状態で前記バインダーを付着させて前記除湿素子を固着させる工程と、を備えた除湿装置の製造方法。 - 熱交換部材を構成する金属製のフィンの金属表面に斑状に配置され、前記フィンの前記金属表面に付着させた固着部材によって前記金属表面が部分的に露出した状態で固着される除湿素子であって、
微粒子状又は微繊維状から成る複数の吸湿材と、
複数の前記吸湿材を結合するバインダーと、を備え、
前記吸湿材と前記バインダーとの混合物をペレット状とした構成である、除湿素子。 - ペレット状の表面は凹凸面である、請求項2に記載の除湿素子。
- 伝熱性を高めるためのフィラーを更に備えており、
前記吸湿材と、前記バインダーと、前記フィラーとの混合物をペレット状とした構成である、請求項2又は3に記載の除湿素子。 - 請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の除湿素子と、
フィンを有する熱交換部材と、を備え、
前記除湿素子は、前記フィンの表面に斑状に配置されて固着されている、除湿装置。 - 前記除湿素子は、前記フィンの表面に複数段に積層されて固着されている、請求項5に記載の除湿装置。
- 前記除湿素子は、前記バインダーとは異なる材質で構成された固着部材によって、前記フィンの表面に固着されている、請求項5又は6に記載の除湿装置。
