Claims (13)
- 弁作用金属からなる多孔質焼結体と、
上記多孔質焼結体の少なくとも一部を覆う誘電体層と、
上記誘電体層の少なくとも一部を覆う固体電解質層と、
を備える固体電解コンデンサであって、
上記固体電解質層は、陰イオン交換樹脂からなることを特徴とする、固体電解コンデンサ。 - 上記陰イオン交換樹脂は、テトラフルオロエチレンとパーフルオロビニルエーテルとの共重合体を有する、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 上記陰イオン交換樹脂は、イオン交換基として−SO3NHCH2NH2を有する、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 上記陰イオン交換樹脂は、陰イオンとしてOH-を有する、請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 上記陰イオン交換樹脂は、フルオロカーボンの多数の塊が結合された格子構造を有している、請求項2ないし5のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 上記陰イオン交換樹脂は、4級化アンモニウム系の陰イオン交換樹脂である、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 上記陰イオン交換樹脂は、陰イオンとしてOH-を有する、請求項8に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 弁作用金属からなる多孔質焼結体の少なくとも一部を覆う誘電体層を形成する工程と、
上記誘電体層上に積層された陰イオン交換樹脂からなる固体電解質層を形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする、固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。 - 上記固体電解質層を形成する工程においては、上記誘電体層上に4級化アンモニウム系の陰イオン交換樹脂を堆積させる、請求項10に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
