Abstract
【解決手段】レンズが内蔵されたレンズバレル110、レンズバレル110が収容されるハウジング120、マグネット132とコイル134で構成され、マグネット132とコイル134から発生する電磁気力により、レンズバレル110を上方に駆動させる第1駆動力と、下方に駆動させる第2駆動力を提供する駆動部130、レンズバレル110とハウジング120の間に備えられてレンズバレル110の動きを案内するガイドボール140、及びレンズバレル110の位置を検知する位置検出部150を含み、駆動部130がレンズバレル110を上下に駆動させることにより、レンズバレル110を初期位置に復元させる。

Claims (10)
- 外部イメージを集めるためのレンズが内蔵されたレンズバレル;
前記レンズバレルが収容される収容空間を備えたハウジング;
マグネットとコイルで構成され、マグネットとコイルから発生する電磁気力により前記レンズバレルを上方に駆動させる第1駆動力と前記レンズバレルを下方に駆動させる第2駆動力を提供する駆動部;
前記レンズバレルと前記ハウジングの間に備えられて前記レンズバレルの動きを案内するガイドボール;及び
前記レンズバレルの位置を検知する位置検出部;
を含むカメラモジュール。 - 前記レンズバレルの振動を軽減するためのダンピング部材が、レンズバレルの上部または下部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記ダンピング部材を支持するように前記レンズバレルの外周面に、ダンピング結合部がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記レンズバレルが、前記ハウジングの収容空間の任意地点で、前記駆動部により上下方に駆動が始まることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記第1駆動力が前記レンズバレルの荷重より大きい時、前記レンズバレルが上方に駆動され、前記第1駆動力より小さい駆動力である第2駆動力が印可される時、前記レンズバレルが、下方に駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記第1駆動力が、前記第2駆動力より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記駆動部が、
前記ハウジングの内周面に取り付けられ、電流の印可時に電場を発生させるコイル;及び
前記コイルと向い合うように前記レンズバレルの外周面に取り付けられ、前記電場と相互作用する磁場を発生させるマグネット;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 前記レンズバレルの外周面と前記ハウジングの内周面には、前記ガイドボールを回転可能に支持する収容溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記位置検出部が、前記マグネットの位置変化を検知するホールセンサーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記ハウジングが上面に付着固定される回路基板に実装されたイメージセンサーの画像信号から前記レンズバレルのフォーカシング目標位置を算出し、前記フォーカシング目標位置と前記位置検出部から検知されたレンズバレルの駆動位置を比べて、前記レンズバレルに印可される電源を制御する制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
