Abstract
【解決手段】眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズは、接着剤層1を介して2枚のガラスレンズ基材2、3(厚さ約1mm)を貼り合わせ、波長565〜605nmに可視光分光透過率の主吸収ピークを有するものであり、所定の無溶剤系の接着剤にテトラアザポルフィリン化合物を含む色素を有機溶剤と共に配合した液状のものをガラスレンズ基材2上に滴下し(図中、液滴1aを鎖線で示す。)、その上から別のガラスレンズ基材3を載せて比較的軽い負荷で押し付けて層状に広げ、接着剤層1を厚さ5〜150μmで硬化させる。

Description
なぜならガラスの溶融成形時には、テトラアザポルフィリン化合物が熱分解されてしまい、レンズには所期した光吸収能である波長585nm付近の遮光が不充分になってしまうからである。
ネオジム系色素化合物を併用することにより、波長565〜605nmに存在する可視光分光透過率の主吸収ピークはさらに充分に低下する。
偏光フィルム層を備えることにより、構成される偏光眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズは、防眩性に優れた偏光眼鏡を構成できるものとなり、とくにその偏光性能は偏光フィルムが、ポリビニルアルコールからなり、かつ偏光剤がヨウ素系の偏光剤である場合に優れたものになる。
図1、2に示すように、第1実施形態の眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズは、接着剤層1を介して2枚のガラスレンズ基材2、3(厚さ約1mm)を貼り合わせ、波長565〜605nmに可視光分光透過率の主吸収ピークを有するものであり、波長565〜605nmに可視光分光透過率の主吸収ピークを有するように所定の色素を具備し、所期した防眩性と共に視認性のバランスのとれたものを奏するものである。
(1) 2−ヒドロキシ−4−n−オクトキシベンゾフェノン
(2) 4−ドデシロキシ−2−ヒドロキシベンゾフェノン
(3) 2−2´−ヒドロキシ−4−メトキシベンゾフェノン
(2) N,N,N´,N´−テトラアリールキノンジイモニウム塩類。
(3) ビス−(p-ジアルキルアミノフェニル)〔N,N-ビス(p-ジアルキルアミノフェニル
)p-アミノフェニル〕アルミニウム塩。
得られた偏光眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズについて、分光透過率を日立製作所社製:U−2000スペクトロフォトメーターで測定し、波長と透過率の関係を図4に示した。
実施例3についても実施例1と同様にスペクトロフォトメーターで測定し、波長と透過率の関係を図5に示した。
ソーダガラスレンズ中に酸化ネオジムを含有する市販のネオジムガラスを用いた。
実施例1と同様に分光透過率を日立製作所社製:U−2000スペクトロフォトメーターで測定し、波長と透過率の関係を図6に示した。
図1の結果からも明らかなように、酸化ネオジム入りガラスは、580nmでの波長吸収性能が実施例1の性能に比べて劣っていた。
実施例1において、無溶剤系の接着剤である紫外線硬化型接着剤(ヘンケルジャパン製:#3201)に代えて、溶剤型接着剤の酢酸ビニル樹脂系の市販接着剤を用いたところ、硬化後の接着剤層中に気泡が生じ、良質の眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズが得られなかった。

Claims (7)
- 接着剤層を介して複数のガラス製眼鏡レンズ基材を貼り合わせ、波長565〜605nmに可視光分光透過率の主吸収ピークを有するように所定の色素を具備した眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズにおいて、
前記接着剤層は、無溶剤系の接着剤にテトラアザポルフィリン化合物を含む色素を有機溶剤と共に配合した厚さ5〜150μmの接着剤層であることを特徴とする眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズ。 - 接着剤層が、有機溶剤を2重量%以下含有する接着剤層である請求項1に記載の眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズ。
- 色素が、テトラアザポルフィリン化合物と共にネオジム系色素化合物を併用した色素である請求項1または2に記載の眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズ。
- 眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズが、偏光フィルム層を有する合わせガラスレンズである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズ。
- 偏光フィルムが、ポリビニルアルコールからなり、かつ偏光剤がヨウ素系の偏光剤である請求項4に記載の眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズ。
- テトラアザポルフィリン化合物を含む色素を有機溶剤に溶解し、得られた色素溶液を無溶剤系の接着剤に配合して粘度100〜2000mPa・sの色素含有接着剤液を調製し、この色素含有接着剤液をガラスレンズ基材に塗布し、その上に別のガラスレンズ基材を配置し、これら2枚のガラスレンズ基材の間に厚さ5〜150μmの接着剤層を介して重ね合わせ一体化することからなる眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズの製造方法。
- テトラアザポルフィリン化合物を含む色素を有機溶剤に溶解し、得られた色素溶液を無溶剤系の接着剤に配合して粘度100〜2000mPa・sの色素含有接着剤液を調製し、この色素含有接着剤液をガラスレンズ基材または偏光フィルムに塗布し、2枚のガラスレンズ基材の間に前記偏光フィルムを配置して前記ガラスレンズ基材と前記偏光フィルムの間に厚さ5〜150μmの接着剤層を介して重ね合わせ一体化することからなる眼鏡用合わせガラスレンズの製造方法。
