Claims (20)
- 基板の上部の赤色、緑色、青色サブピクセルに備えられた第1電極と、
前記第1電極を覆うように前記基板の上部に備えられた正孔注入層と、
前記正孔注入層の上部に備えられた正孔輸送層と、
前記赤色サブピクセルの前記正孔注入層と前記正孔輸送層との間に備えられた補助層と、
前記赤色サブピクセル及び前記緑色サブピクセルの前記正孔輸送層の上部に順次形成された赤色発光層と緑色発光層、及び前記青色サブピクセルの前記正孔輸送層の上部に備えられた青色発光層と、を備えることを特徴とする有機発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記赤色発光層は正孔輸送能を持ち、前記緑色発光層は電子輸送能を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助層は、正孔輸送能を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助層は、厚さが300Åないし1500Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記赤色発光層は、厚さが500Åないし2000Åであり、緑色発光層は、厚さが100Åないし1000Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記緑色発光層の上部に前記青色発光層をさらに備えて、前記青色発光層が共通層として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記青色発光層の厚さは、100Åないし500Åであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記補助層は、前記正孔輸送層と同じ物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 基板の上部に赤色、緑色、青色サブピクセルの第1電極を形成する工程と、
前記第1電極を覆うように前記基板の上部に正孔注入層を形成する工程と、
前記赤色サブピクセルの前記正孔注入層の上部に補助層を形成する工程と、
前記補助層を覆うように前記正孔注入層の上部に正孔輸送層を形成する工程と、
前記赤色サブピクセル及び前記緑色サブピクセルの前記正孔輸送層の上部に、赤色発光層及び緑色発光層を順次形成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記赤色発光層は正孔輸送能を持ち、前記緑色発光層は電子輸送能を持つことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記補助層は、正孔輸送能を持つことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記補助層は、厚さが300Åないし1500Åであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記赤色発光層は、厚さが500Åないし2000Åであり、緑色発光層は、厚さが100Åないし1000Åであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記青色サブピクセルの前記正孔輸送層の上部に青色発光層を形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記緑色発光層の上部を含む前記基板の前面に、青色発光層を共通層として形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記青色発光層の厚さは、100Åないし500Åであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記補助層は、前記正孔輸送層と同じ物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記補助層、前記赤色発光層及び前記緑色発光層は、微細パターンメタルマスクによりパターニングして形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記青色発光層は、微細パターンメタルマスクによりパターニングして形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記青色発光層は、オープンマスクによりパターニングして形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
