Claims (13)
- 第1色相を発光する第1画素と、
第1色相と異なる第2色相を発光する第2画素とを有し、
前記第1画素及び前記第2画素に形成された、対向する第1電極及び第2電極と、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に介在された有機膜と、を備え、
前記有機膜は、正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層のうち少なくとも1層を有する第1層と、
前記第1層より正孔注入性の高い第2層と、
有機発光層と、を少なくとも有し、
前記第1層及び前記第2層は、前記第1電極と前記有機発光層との間に形成され、
前記第1画素には、前記第1電極側から前記第1層及び前記第2層の順序で積層され、
前記第2画素には、前記第1電極側から前記第2層及び前記第1層の順序で積層され、
前記第1画素の有機発光層内での発光位置は、前記第2画素の有機発光層内での発光位置より前記第1電極側に位置する有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2層は、電荷移動度が前記第1層より大きい正孔注入層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1層は、前記第1画素及び第2画素にわたって連結されるように備わったことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2層は、前記第1画素及び第2画素にそれぞれ独立的に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2層は、電荷生成物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1層は、正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層をいずれも有し、
前記正孔注入層及び正孔輸送層のうち1層は、前記第1画素及び第2画素にわたって連結されるように備わったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1層及び第2層は、前記第1画素及び第2画素にそれぞれ独立的に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電荷生成物質は、ヘキサニトリルヘキサアザトリフェニレン、テトラフルオロ−テトラシアノキノジメタン(F4−TCNQ)、FeCl3、F16CuPc及び金属酸化物のうちから選択された一つからなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記金属酸化物は、酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、酸化レニウム(Re2O7)及びインジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)のうちから選択された一つであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2層の電荷生成物質のLUMOエネルギーレベルと、前記第1層の正孔注入層を形成する物質のHOMOエネルギーレベルとの差が、−2ないし+2eV範囲内のエネルギー準位を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2層は、厚さが10ないし200Åであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2層は、厚さが20ないし80Åであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
