Abstract
【解決手段】電線の端末処理方法は、接続対象部位を形成するため電線を加工する工程11と、電線の接続対象部位に端子を圧接又は圧入する端子接続工程12とを含んでおり、電線を加工する工程11としては、芯線部を露出する芯線部露出工程13と、芯線部を単線化する芯線部単線化工程14とを含んでいる。

Claims (1)
- 電線の被覆部を剥いで複数の素線からなる芯線部を露出する芯線部露出工程と、
前記芯線部に圧力を加えつつ超音波振動を加えて、前記芯線部を端子の圧接又は圧入箇所に基づく断面形状を形成するように、前記複数の素線間を摺動させて前記芯線部を単線化する芯線部単線化工程と、
前記単線化された芯線部を前記端子に圧接又は圧入する端子接続工程と、を含む
ことを特徴とする電線の端末処理方法。
