Claims (2)
- 複数本の素線から成る芯線が被覆で覆われた電線と、
前記電線に組み付けられる端子金具と、
を備え、
前記端子金具は、前記芯線に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させる芯線接続体を有し、
前記芯線接続体は、底部と、前記底部から立設させ、かつ、互いに間隔を空けて対向配置させた一対の片持ちの側壁部と、前記一対の片持ちの側壁部の間で互いに間隔を空けて対向配置させ、かつ、前記一対の片持ちの側壁部におけるそれぞれの自由端の間の開口から差し入れられた前記電線の前記被覆を切り裂いて前記芯線の最外層の前記素線に圧接させる少なくとも1組の一対の圧接体と、を有し、
前記芯線は、前記電線の末端部の軸線方向における端面まで前記被覆で覆って、その端面で露出面を露出させ、
前記電線には、前記露出面を含む前記末端部の前記芯線の全ての素線同士を溶着させた溶着部を設け、
前記一対の圧接体は、前記芯線における前記溶着部の位置しない場所の最外層の前記素線に圧接させることを特徴とした端子付き電線。 - 前記溶着部は、前記芯線の前記露出面へのレーザ照射によって全ての素線同士を溶着させたレーザ溶着部であることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。
