Claims (3)
- 複数本の素線から成る撚り線の芯線が被覆で覆われた電線の当該芯線に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させる芯線接続体を有し、
前記芯線接続体は、底部と、前記底部から立設させ、かつ、互いに間隔を空けて対向配置させた一対の片持ちの側壁部と、前記一対の側壁部の間で互いに間隔を空けて対向配置させ、かつ、前記一対の側壁部におけるそれぞれの自由端の間の開口から差し入れられた前記電線の前記被覆を切り裂いて前記芯線の前記素線に圧接させる複数組の一対の圧接体と、を有し、
複数組の前記一対の圧接体は、前記芯線接続体に組み付けられた前記電線の軸線方向で互いに間隔を空けて配置され、
前記芯線接続体は、複数組の前記一対の圧接体として、前記電線の末端部から最も離れた最遠部の組み合わせの一対の圧接体と、前記最遠部の一対の圧接体よりも前記電線の末端部側で、前記最遠部の一対の圧接体と圧接体同士の間隔が同じ同形状の少なくとも1組の一対の圧接体と、を有し、
前記最遠部の一対の圧接体及び当該最遠部の一対の圧接体と圧接体同士の間隔が同じ一対の圧接体は、前記芯線の最外層の前記素線に圧接させるものであり、前記芯線の撚りピッチを考慮して、お互いが同じ組み合わせの前記最外層の前記素線に接触することのないように、隣り合うもの同士の前記軸線方向の前記間隔を定め、
前記芯線接続体は、複数組の前記一対の圧接体として、更に、前記最外層の前記素線に圧接させる全ての前記一対の圧接体よりも前記電線の前記末端部側に、前記最遠部の一対の圧接体の圧接体同士の間隔に対して圧接体同士の間隔が狭められ、かつ、その圧接体同士の間隔が同じ同形状の複数組の前記末端部側の一対の圧接体を有し、
複数組の前記末端部側の一対の圧接体は、複数本の前記素線の内の少なくとも前記最外層の前記素線を切断し、前記最外層よりも内側の前記素線に圧接させるものであり、前記芯線の撚りピッチを考慮して、前記最外層よりも内側でお互いが同じ組み合わせの前記素線に接触することのないように、隣り合うもの同士の前記軸線方向の前記間隔を定めることを特徴とした端子金具。 - 前記電線の前記末端部における端面に対向配置させ、切断された前記素線を前記被覆の中に止めたまま係止させることが可能な係止体を有することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 複数本の素線から成る撚り線の芯線が被覆で覆われた電線と、
前記電線に組み付けられる端子金具と、
を備え、
前記端子金具は、前記芯線に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させる芯線接続体を有し、
前記芯線接続体は、底部と、前記底部から立設させ、かつ、互いに間隔を空けて対向配置させた一対の片持ちの側壁部と、前記一対の側壁部の間で互いに間隔を空けて対向配置させ、かつ、前記一対の側壁部におけるそれぞれの自由端の間の開口から差し入れられた前記電線の前記被覆を切り裂いて前記芯線の前記素線に圧接させる複数組の一対の圧接体と、を有し、
複数組の前記一対の圧接体は、前記芯線接続体に組み付けられた前記電線の軸線方向で互いに間隔を空けて配置され、
前記芯線接続体は、複数組の前記一対の圧接体として、前記電線の末端部から最も離れた最遠部の組み合わせの一対の圧接体と、前記最遠部の一対の圧接体よりも前記電線の末端部側で、前記最遠部の一対の圧接体と圧接体同士の間隔が同じ同形状の少なくとも1組の一対の圧接体と、を有し、
前記最遠部の一対の圧接体及び当該最遠部の一対の圧接体と圧接体同士の間隔が同じ一対の圧接体は、前記芯線の最外層の前記素線に圧接させるものであり、前記芯線の撚りピッチを考慮して、お互いが同じ組み合わせの前記最外層の前記素線に接触することのないように、隣り合うもの同士の前記軸線方向の前記間隔を定め、
前記芯線接続体は、複数組の前記一対の圧接体として、更に、前記最外層の前記素線に圧接させる全ての前記一対の圧接体よりも前記電線の前記末端部側に、前記最遠部の一対の圧接体の圧接体同士の間隔に対して圧接体同士の間隔が狭められ、かつ、その圧接体同士の間隔が同じ同形状の複数組の前記末端部側の一対の圧接体を有し、
複数組の前記末端部側の一対の圧接体は、複数本の前記素線の内の少なくとも前記最外層の前記素線を切断し、前記最外層よりも内側の前記素線に圧接させるものであり、前記芯線の撚りピッチを考慮して、前記最外層よりも内側でお互いが同じ組み合わせの前記素線に接触することのないように、隣り合うもの同士の前記軸線方向の前記間隔を定めることを特徴とした端子付き電線。
