Abstract
【解決手段】給電制御装置は、外部電源から電気自動車への給電路の途中に設けられて該給電路を開閉するリレー、該リレーを制御する制御回路部、電気自動車側での漏電発生を検知する漏電検知部、及び給電路から電源供給を受けて所定の制御電源を生成する電源回路部を少なくとも内蔵したハウジングを備えるとともに、外部電源の電源コンセントに着脱自在に接続されるプラグと、電気自動車が備える受電用のコネクタに着脱自在に接続されるコネクタとを備える。漏電検知部は、零相変流器ZCTを有し、この零相変流器ZCTに貫通させた給電路の不均衡電流に基づいて漏電を検知する。給電路の一部はリード板55A,56Aで構成され、零相変流器ZCTの中心孔にはこれらのリード板55A,56Aが挿通されて、中心孔内にモールド成形された位置決め部80でリード板55A,56Aが位置決めされる。

Claims (4)
- 外部電源から、バッテリ及び該バッテリを充電する充電回路を備えた電気自動車への給電を制御する給電制御装置であって、
外部電源から電気自動車への給電路の途中に設けられて該給電路を開閉するリレー、該リレーを制御する制御回路部、電気自動車側での漏電発生を検知する漏電検知部、及び給電路から電源供給を受けて所定の制御電源を生成する電源回路部を少なくとも内蔵した本体ハウジング部を備えるとともに、
外部電源の電源コンセントに着脱自在に接続される電源側接続部と、
電気自動車が備える受電用のコネクタに着脱自在に接続される自動車側接続部とを備え、
前記漏電検知部は、零相変流器を有し、該零相変流器に貫通させた前記給電路の不均衡電流に基づいて漏電を検知し、
前記給電路の一部がリード板で構成され、前記零相変流器の中心孔に前記リード板が挿通され、前記中心孔内にモールド成形された位置決め部で前記リード板が位置決めされることを特徴とする給電制御装置。 - 前記電源回路部及び制御回路部が実装される基板とは別体に設けられた金属板により前記給電路を形成し、該金属板がインサート成形された給電路ブロックを備え、
前記リード板は、前記金属板の一部を該金属板を覆う樹脂成形部から突出させて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の給電制御装置。 - 外部電源側のケーブルが着脱自在に接続され、該ケーブルと前記給電路の間を電気的に接続する第1の端子台を備え、
前記第1の端子台は、前記給電路を構成する端子板を有し、該端子板の一部で前記リード板を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の給電制御装置。 - 電気自動車側のケーブルが着脱自在に接続され、該ケーブルと前記給電路の間を電気的に接続する第2の端子台を備え、
前記リレーは、前記給電路ブロックにおいて前記第2の端子台が配置される部位に、該第2の端子台と重ねて配置され、前記リレーの接点部の一端側に電気的に接続された電気自動車側の給電路を前記第2の端子台に接続したことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の給電制御装置。
