Claims (5)
- 外部電源から、バッテリ及び前記バッテリを充電する充電回路を備えた電気自動車への給電を制御する給電制御装置であって、
前記外部電源から前記電気自動車への給電路の途中に設けられて前記給電路を開閉するリレー、前記リレーを制御する制御回路部、前記電気自動車側での漏電発生を検知する漏電検知部、及び前記給電路から電源供給を受けて所定の制御電源を生成する電源回路部を少なくとも内蔵した本体ハウジング部と、
前記外部電源の電源コンセントに着脱自在に接続される電源側接続部と、
前記電気自動車が備える受電用のコネクタに着脱自在に接続される自動車側接続部と、
前記電源回路部及び前記制御回路部が実装される基板とは別体に設けられた金属板により前記給電路を形成し、前記金属板がインサート成形された給電路ブロックと、を備え、
前記金属板は、外部回路との接続部位を露出させた状態で樹脂に覆われていることを特徴とする給電制御装置。 - 前記電源回路部は、第1の基板の一面に回路部品を実装して構成され、前記給電路ブロックは、前記第1の基板の他面側に配置されるとともに、前記給電路と前記電源回路部の入力端子の間がリード板により電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の給電制御装置。
- 前記制御回路部は、第2の基板に回路部品を実装して構成され、該第2の基板は、前記第1の基板との間で前記給電路ブロックを挟むようにして配置されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の給電制御装置。
- 前記リード板は、前記金属板の一部を該金属板を覆う樹脂成形部から突出させて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の給電制御装置。
- 前記漏電検知部は、零相変流器を有し、該零相変流器に貫通させた前記給電路の不均衡電流に基づいて漏電を検知し、
前記零相変流器の中心孔に、前記給電路を構成する前記金属板の一部が挿通され、前記中心孔内にモールド成形された位置決め部で前記金属板の挿通部位が位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の給電制御装置。
