Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電装置の負極活物質にリチウム窒化物を用いるに際して、リチウムの濃度が異なる複数のリチウム窒化物層を積層して形成する。例えば、集電体上に第1のリチウム窒化物層と第2のリチウム窒化物層が積層されて形成されている場合には、第1のリチウム窒化物層は、第2のリチウム窒化物層よりもリチウムが低濃度で含まれるようにする。この際、第1のリチウム窒化物層の遷移金属の濃度は、第2のリチウム窒化物層の遷移金属の濃度よりも高くする。なお、リチウムに代えて他のアルカリ金属を用いてもよい。

Claims (3)
- リチウム窒化物により形成される蓄電装置の負極活物質であって、
LiaMbNz(Mは遷移金属であり、0.6<a≦2.4、0.6<b≦2.4、0.6≦z≦1.4)で表される第1のリチウム窒化物層と、
LixMyNz(Mは遷移金属であり、0.6<x≦2.9、0.1<y≦0.6、0.6≦z≦1.4)で表される第2のリチウム窒化物層と、が積層され、
前記aは前記xより小さく、前記bは前記yよりも大きいことを特徴とする蓄電装置の負極活物質。 - リチウム窒化物により形成される蓄電装置の負極であって、
