Abstract
【解決手段】燃料供給装置は加圧または非加圧カートリッジ10でよく、任意の燃料電池とともに使用できる。燃料電池はこれに限定されないが直接メタノール燃料電池または改質燃料電池を含む。1つの側面では、燃料供給装置は反応室部を含んで燃料を水素に変換してもよい。燃料供給装置はポンプ24を含んでも良い。燃料供給装置は、燃料を燃料電池に連結するバルブ36を含んでよく、燃料供給装置からガスを排気する排気機構33を含んでも良い。種々の燃料供給装置を製造する方法もまた開示される。

全体の燃料電池反応:
CH3OH + 1.5O2 → CO2 + 2H2O
H2→2H++2e−(陽極で)
2(2H++2e−)+O2→2H2O(陰極で)
適切な触媒は白金およびルテニウム、その他である。水素化ホウ素ナトリウムを改質して生成された水素燃料は燃料電池中で、酸化剤例えばO2と反応させられ、電気(すなわち電子の流れ)および水の副産物を生成する。ホウ酸ナトリウム(NaBO2)の副産物も改質プロセスで生成される。水素化ホウ素ナトリウム燃料電池は特許文献3に検討されており、参照してここに組み入れる。

Claims (9)
- 外側ケーシングと少なくとも2つの内側ライナーとを有し、吸収材料が上記ナイラー同士の間に配置され、上記ライナーのうちの1つが燃料を含み、当該1つのライナーが上記ライナーを上記燃料電池に結合するバルブに液体連通されることを特徴とする燃料供給装置。
- 柔軟性がある外側ケーシングと燃料を含む柔軟性がある内側ライナーとを有する、燃料電池用の燃料供給装置において、上記燃料供給装置は電子装置の区画に収容できるサイズおよび形状であり、かつ上記内側ライナーが上記内側ライナーを上記電子装置内の燃料電池に結合するバルブと液体連通していることを特徴とする燃料供給装置。
- 電子装置に挿入可能にされた燃料電池用の燃料供給装置において、上記燃料供給装置に表面に実装された可動ガイドアームを有し、上記燃料供給装置を上記電子装置に挿入する前に上記可動ガイドアームを第1の位置から第2の位置に移動させることを特徴とする燃料供給装置。
- 燃料電池用の燃料供給装置を製造する方法において、
上側層を供給するステップと、
上記宇和が和装の上に少なくとも1つのブリスタを形成するステップと、
上記上側層にバッキング層を積層して上記上側層およびバッキング層の間に少なくとも1つの燃料貯蔵部を形成するステップと、
バルブを少なくとも1つのブリスタ貯蔵部に結合するステップとを有することを特徴とする燃料供給装置製造方法。 - 燃料電池用の燃料供給装置を製造する方法において、
上記燃料供給装置の使用に適した複数の材料を供給するステップと、
上記複数の材料から同時押し出しによりシームレスチューブを形成するステップと、
予め定められた形状の少なくとも1つの端部キャップを上記シームレスチューブに結合して上記燃料供給装置を形成するステップと、
バルブを上記燃料供給装置に結合するステップとを有することを特徴とする燃料供給装置製造方法。 - 燃料電池用の燃料供給装置を製造する方法において、
燃料を含有するのに相性がよい内側ライナーを供給するステップと、
バルブを上記内側ライナーに結合するステップと、
少なくとも2つの部分を有する外側ケーシングを供給するステップと、
上記外側ケーシングの一部を上記内側ライナーの首部分に上記バルブの近傍で結合するステップと、
上記外側ケーシングの他の部分を上記内側ライナーの上記首部分に結合するステップと、
上記外側ケーシングの上記2つの部分を相互に結合するステップとを有することを特徴とする燃料供給装置製造方法。 - 外側ケーシングと、少なくとも1つの内側ライナーと、位置エネルギー貯蔵要素とを有し、上記ライナーは燃料を含み、かつ、上記ライナーを燃料電池に結合するバルブと液体連通状態であり、さらに、上記外側ケーシングは、上記燃料が上記ライナーに入り、上記ライナーから出るときに、上記ライナーおよび上記位置エネルギー貯蔵要素の移動を案内する内側リブを有することを特徴とする燃料供給装置。
- 外側ケーシングと、少なくとも1つの内側ライナーと、位置エネルギー貯蔵発泡体とを有し、上記ライナーは燃料を含み、かつ、上記ライナーを燃料電池に結合するバルブと液体連通状態であり、さらに、上記発泡体は異なる多孔性の複数の領域を有することを特徴とする燃料供給装置。
- シールされたバッグに包まれた燃料供給装置を有する燃料システムにおいて、上記燃料供給装置は、外側ケーシングを有し、かつ、燃料は上記外側ケーシング内に含まれ、さらに上記燃料は上記燃料供給装置状に配置された遮断バルブと液体連通状態となっていることを特徴とする燃料システム。
